We had an amazing holiday weekend staycation here with our adult kids and grandkids! The pool was perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time together. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to the Westgate district. Hosts were very responsive. The kitchen didn’t have a few items we needed stocked but we made it work. Home was comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun family getaway. Would stay here again!

We stayed here while attending Spring Training. Was very close to Camelback and restaurants. House was very clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy the pool and have a nice family bbq. We would love to come back next year.

Well appointed home with plenty of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, the pool was clean, the towels and bed linens were clean and fresh. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, so not ideal, but generally comfortable.

Location was great. Cleaning of the house could have been better really dusty. Very secure. There was a glass and a bottle of wine under the sink in master bedroom. Close by a grocery store made it easy for us to grab a few things. Pool was pretty big and clean. No cornhole. Kids did enjoy playing pool. Very spacious. Outside grill worked good. We had fun and enjoyed our stay.. This was our first time using Vrbo. We are definitely coming back!!

This was a perfect property for my family and I. We stayed so we can be near the State Farm Stadium(which was about 5miles away). The pool and backyard was an added bonus. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to feel comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The neighborhood was so peaceful and safe. We accidentally left our keys visible in our car over night and our car was perfectly safe and sound in the morning when we realized we forgot our keys. Check in was easy and beds were comfortable. Host were quick and responsive when I had questions. Kitchen was fully equipped and they even had coffe pods which is a huge added bonus! Plenty of linens and had plenty of beach towels for all. 3 full bathrooms in the house was a huge game changer for my big family.

The home is beautiful! pool was clean and serviced on Thursday. The home is equipped with everything needed. The master bedroom has a beautiful patio to overlook the pool. The master bathroom has a fullsized spa tub for relaxation. it does have 3 full-size bathrooms. 4 bedrooms. very private and security doors in the front and back, which made us feel safe. Perfect for our family of five! Our group included my husband and I, two adult sons, teenage daughter, plus two furry friends. My husband and sons attended a concert at State Farm stadium, which was only 15 minutes away from the house. Also close by was shopping for my daughter and I to have fun, too! The house was immaculate. There was plenty of space for the fam to spread out. The master bedroom and bathroom were heaven! The kitchen was well- stocked and included appliances like a rice cooker, and air fryer which you don't always find in rentals. We like to cook for ourselves when we travel and had everything needed to make dinners. All three bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. The pool was wonderful! It was dirty when we arrived because of a storm and Vacasa had it cleaned right away. One thing to note: the stairs to the second level are steep! Not a good place for little ones or anyone with knee or mobility problems. Otherwise, highly recommend!!!!!

Nice… from out of state. Nice quiet neighborhood. Could have included a few more essentials. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.. we were there for 5 days and had 8 people.( not enough) No wash clothes for showers. No extra trash bags for garbage! Would have figured that might be included but was not… had to go purchase on our own and had to throw away all because we were traveling!!

Our group had a wonderful week at Aspen Adventure! Temps were cool but we were still able to enjoy hiking and golfing in the area and reading poolside as theweek warmed up. The home was very clean, well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many of our meals for the week there. Pool was heated and everything was as advertised. Wonderful place to stay.

This home was fantastic!! Clean, open layout. There were plenty of board and card games as well as darts. Nicely stocked with towels and dishes. Just about every appliance you may need. The pool area is also very spacious with no neighbors behind house. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Loved our stay here, it was very clean and appointed tastefully as if it was your own home. The master bathroom is awesome and bigger than my own master bedroom! Great pool and lounge area. No neighbors to the back so i spent the nights sipping on adult beverages while looking at the night sky. One thing i really liked was that it had a separate HVAC for the upstairs and downstairs. So i stayed downstairs where i could have it cooler while my family stayed upstairs where they could keep the heat high. AND...its only minutes from the football stadium. I recommend Eric's BBQ which was only a couple minutes to the west for food.
