Rental Policies

All reservations require a valid government-issued photo ID and a signed rental agreement prior to check-in.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival may require additional identity verification to help prevent fraudulent bookings. Verification methods may include live video calls with staff members and additional documentation requests.


Cancellation & Refund Policy — Short-Term Stays (28 Nights or Less)

Direct Bookings Through Casago Arizona

This cancellation policy applies to reservations booked directly through the Casago Arizona website or through our reservations team by phone.

  • Within 48 Hours of Booking
    Guests may cancel within 48 hours of making the reservation and receive a 100% refund of all reservation charges.
  • 60+ Days Prior to Arrival
    Guests will receive a 100% refund of all reservation charges.
  • 30–59 Days Prior to Arrival
    Guests will receive a refund of all reservation charges except the booking fee.
  • 8–29 Days Prior to Arrival
    Guests will receive a partial refund equal to 50% of reservation charges, excluding the booking fee.
  • 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival
    All reservation charges are considered earned and non-refundable.

Third-Party Booking Channels

If your reservation was made through a third-party platform such as:

  • Airbnb
  • Vrbo
  • Booking.com
  • Marriott Homes & Villas
  • Plum Guide
  • Other third-party travel platforms

Your reservation will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with that specific booking platform. Please review the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.


Cancellation & Refund Policy — Long-Term Stays (29 Nights or Longer)

Direct Bookings Through Casago Arizona

This cancellation policy applies to reservations booked directly through the Casago Arizona website or through our reservations team by phone.

  • More Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival
    Guests will receive a 100% refund of all reservation charges.
  • 91 Days to Less Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival
    Guests will receive a refund of all reservation charges except the booking fee.
  • 61–90 Days Prior to Arrival
    Guests will receive a partial refund equal to 50% of reservation charges and booking fees. All other fees, including cleaning fees, utility fees, and security deposits, will be refunded where applicable.
  • 60 Days or Less Prior to Arrival
    All reservation charges are considered earned and non-refundable. Cleaning fees, utility fees, and refundable security deposits will be returned where applicable.
  • Special Services & Add-Ons
    Certain special services or third-party add-ons may be non-refundable if cancellation deadlines prevent reimbursement from vendors or service providers.

Third-Party Booking Channels

If your reservation was made through a third-party platform, your cancellation policy will be governed by the policies of the booking platform used to make the reservation.

Please review the applicable cancellation terms directly through the booking channel where your reservation was confirmed.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect against unexpected travel disruptions, cancellations, illnesses, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your trip.
