About the property

This beautiful home is located in the active (55+) adult community of Trilogy at Power Ranch. As you enter the home through a large courtyard, you will be greeted by the Great Room with 10''ceilings. This room also features a gas fireplace, entertainment niche, plantation shutters and tile flooring. The open concept kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and Great Room. This entertainer's dream kitchen features granite counters, cherry cabinets, a gas stovetop, double ovens in addition to a breakfast bar. Working from home? The office/den has french doors and is located off the Great Room.

You will enjoy the Main suite featuring a King sized bed, exterior door to patio, and a large ensuite bath. The bathroom features his & hers granite vanities, a tiled walk-in shower with a seamless door, a wonderful soaking tub and a separate toilet area. The guest room features carpet, shutters, and fan along with its own bath with granite counters and tub/shower.

The Valley of the Sun is beautiful year-round! Relax and unwind in the luxurious backyard. Experience the wonderful backyard with built-in BBQ, bar area with lights, refrigerator, sink and lots of seating around the bar area. Relax with friends on the extended covered patio, fans and partially fenced yard along with a low wall surrounding the back yard.

The gate code will be given once the guest form is submitted to the front office. To use community amenities guest must buy a community pass.

Casago House Rules 

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **

~ This is a 55+ community. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM 
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." 
~ No pets or large gatherings 
~ Renter must park in the garage, driveway, or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee.  The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

It was such a treasure for us to find and stay at Casago's home at Trilogy. for a full month. Very spacious for my husband's walker, and the recliners were also very appreciated! It is a beautiful home with a large patio in the back. Though very close to neighbors, I wouldn't have hesitated to use the grill and large table. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use it due to medical issues. So we definitely were thankful for the little table and chairs in the small courtyard in front of the house for our morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked except for maybe a pizza cutter. Plenty of towels and a wonderful large walk-in shower was very nice to have. I really enjoyed my peaceful walks around the block/ neighborhood. I felt very secure and safe. I especially loved the sidewalk through the small park of sorts with green grass and archway where I could sit on the bench awhile. Casago responded quickly with any and all needs and issues we had. We thank you Casago.

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
