Perfect spot for us! We were intown for the final four basketball tournament being help at at State Farm Stadium. It was about a 10 min drive from the airbnb. The accommodations were just as described. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Phoenix. Highly Recommend

This is a cute little place. Comfortable and fairly quiet. Dog friendly. Kitchen nucely stocked with utensils and appliances including a kuerig machine. It's in historic Glendale area but not much going on during the week. Nice area to walk the dogs. There is a homeless justice building next door, but their clients were very quiet and respectful. We came to Glendale for a MLB spring training game and birthday outdoor adventures. Location is perfect being near Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. Our only complaint was that the thermostat was locked at 74 and would not go any lower. Luckily there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms so we had those running on high the whole time. Comfortable if just hanging out but would have been nice to have been a bit cooler at night. Overall a great stay and will keep.in mind for next year's spring training.

The stay was very comfortable! This place is cozy and very home feeling. We stayed over a month while in between homes. Great location and lots do within walking distance. The host is responsive and takes care of any issue that may arise. The locals are very welcoming, Great place!

Really great place to stay!! Good space for small groups and there was a cigar and coffee lounge right next door. Also had a tattoo parlor in the back. Super close to restaurants and freeways. Highly recommend !

The house was very clean and the location was great. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. We were there in January during Glendale Glitters and the lights were amazing.
