This rental was absolutely perfect. Nice and clean with updated furniture and appliances. Lots of stuff to do around the house and a nice pool. Highly recommend this place. It’s a great location. Easy to get in. Instructions were great and thanks again for the great time.

The second night the area where we had parked was full. We parked in the area to the South and the next morning we had a warning violation that we had parked in the wrong spot. There was no signage indicating who was supposed to park where. The next night we used the garage, but there should be more instructions on where you are able to park. The couch and loveseat are uncomfortable. It would have been night to have a recliner to sit in.

We went to Glendale to attend the BSU vs Penn football game on New Year's Eve. This beautiful home was within a 15 minute walk to the stadium. It was close to restaurants, and anything we needed. The home is in a gated community so it's very private. Beds were super comfortable... Which is the most important thing. Had a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect Final Four Getaway Our stay at this spacious townhouse in Glendale was fantastic, especially for the final four weekend. We were incredibly happy with the convenience, cleanliness and overall comfort. The location could not have been better. It was within walking distance to State Farm Stadium. It made getting to and from the games easy and stress free. Plus it had a variety of restaurants and shopping. The townhouse itself was pristine. It was evident that it had been meticulously cleaned. The layout provided plenty of room to spread out and relax. Communication with the host was excellent providing all the necessary information in a timely manner making check in and out a breeze. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool it was just a few doors away and looked clean and well taken care of. Overall I highly recommend this townhouse for anyone visiting Glendale. Thank you to the host for providing such a wonderful accommodation option. We can’t wait to come back.

The house was very clean. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Also had an extra bathroom which is handy when people are getting ready. The way to get in was a bit odd, the front door code could be something a little easier to remember and enter, but over not a big deal. Overall it’s a great location.

We came to watch an NFL game for the weekend. We were able to walk from the house to the game. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool and park area are great if you have children. The house has the basic necessities to cook meals. The only downside was that there wasn’t a grill to BBQ by the pool.

We went to Glendale to watch our visiting team play at State Farm Stadium. Not only is the stadium within walking distance, so are many restaurants and gathering places in the Entertainment District. The property is amazing. The two masters are on opposite sides of the house with the main meeting areas in the middle which is elegantly decorated. Plenty of space to move around and not be on top of one another. The garage and gated community were an added bonus for our ladies trip alone. Would absolutely return if I visited the area again!

The location is awesome! Walking distance to Westgate and multiple restaurants, familiar and unfamiliar. Neighborhood is gated and quiet. The house and decor are beautiful and inviting. A bir steep with all of the company fees, as I am used to renting directly from the owner, but an enjoyable stay.

Stayed in this home for 3 weeks and did not want to leave. It is beautifully designed, well stocked, in a great location, and reasonably priced. Vacasa staff were prompt and helpful. I'm spoiled now and will only stay in this home when I'm in the Phoenix area. Absolutely loved it.
