We rented this house last minute, due to a cancelled reservation elsewhere. First impression is that the house is a little dated, but it really is just perfect. It's super close to Safeway, and everything in Goodyear and Litchfield Park. Key question: would I book it again? Yes, absolutely! Also: the owner responded really quickly to our questions.

Beautiful, relaxing, well equipped with all the amenities you'll need, in a great area lots of shopping, restaurants and recreational stuff to do! Would definitely stay there again!

The place was exactly as advertised with the heated pool and backyard BBQ. As long as you have a vehicle it should be no problem for your stay, but walking or transit are not options.

Central location for traveling to the various ballparks we wanted to attend. Spacious area to come back and relax after a day at the ballpark. Enjoyed the BBQ grill and pool side table to take in the Arizona sunshine. Just a bit chilly to enjoy the pool (not sure how heated it is).

excelent place , pictures dont do it justice , it's bigger than it seems , beautiful backyard just to relax and chill , lots of tvs so everyone can watch what they want if you feel it too , we didn't need it ,it was peaceful house peaceful and beautiful gated community , dont forget a bottle of wine if you stay here to sip in the backyard by the fountain and the pool , place really recommended , hope to stay here again in the summer ?? enjoy the sun by the pool

The property is in a gated community which was great for the reassurance of safety. Parking in the garage was much appreciated. The property was very clean. There was an open line of communication during the stay which was much appreciated. Next time I’m in Arizona, I will be booking this property again. Thank you

Comfortable house, beds were comfortable. The light in the pool did not work, the back yard is very dark and we were not able to use the pool at night, I did let them know at check in and they had maintenance come over 2 days later. Besides that it was a great stay, nice gated community and the house had plenty of space for a family.

The house is in a very nice gated community on a corner lot. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. spacious bathrooms and shower. The pool was very clean and it was so nice to relax in backyard. We would like to stay there every time we come to AZ.
