Estrella Grand is a home with the perfect blend of comfort and class, with no detail overlooked. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, splendid furnishings, and relaxing spaces throughout. The backyard features a heated pool, covered BBQ area, and outdoor dining table. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has high-quality linens. The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands, and a TV with cable. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has a queen.

Every inch of this home has comfort mixed with class, and there is no detail left behind. Splendid furnishings throughout, with rest and relaxation around each corner. The fully equipped kitchen has every gadget, utensil, and dish you could possibly need. A wonderful backyard with desert landscaping, heated pool, covered BBQ area, and outdoor dining table for 6.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has high quality linens to make for the best nights sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed with a nightstand on each side with a reading lamp. There is a TV with cable for catching your favorite shows before bed. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen. There is a den with a twin trundle bed for extra sleeping accommodations and a desk for catching up on work or emails.

Casago House Rules

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~
The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.

** There is an additional fee for pool heat. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature **

Rental was very clean & kitchen was well supplied. It was within walking distance trails, lakes & stores (0.8 miles) I found the 3rd party verification process cumbersome, esp. as my reviews as a renter are excellent.

Lovely home

Very nice house. Comfortable beds, quality linens and well equiped kitchen. Close to Goodyear ballpark which was important since we were there for spring training games.

This was a great house with great location. Just a few minor issues. Outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. The grill and fire pit were not operational which was disappointing. Also, my ten year old son found a THC vape in the couch from previous tenants. I did reach out about the pool lights and they were extremely responsive.

House was as described and very clean. Neighborhood is walkable and surrounded by hiking trails. Most importantly, house was very clean with a comfortable master bedroom mattress and instant hot water. Host was courteous and always quick to respond. Great choice for a long term stay.

Great place for our vacation, as everyone had their own room (and TV) when we needed alone time. The patio, grill, pool area is perfect for hanging out together. The nearby golf course is lovely. Go to the bagel place down the street and tell Jerry that the Clevelanders sent you. Front bedroom/office is a little noisy at night. Best-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb property — they have margarita stuff (blender, pitchers, glasses)!!

Quiet setting, comfortable and nice outdoor accommodations for relaxing or BBQing.

Mostly golfed, Golf Club of Estrella is a three minute drive. Other courses we played in Buckeye and Litchfield Park were about 20 minutes away. We stayed away from Phoenix traffic. Estrella has the best pizza at Taste of Italy, that was our go to restaurant that also serves pasta dishes and sandwiches.

The house is very well laid out and has lots of room. Nicely decorated and we enjoyed the pool table, barbeque, hanging out in the backyard and the swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again.
