Our 5 day stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was exactly what we needed for our big family to gather for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to serve our family. We enjoyed lounging around in the backyard next to the pool. There were plenty of seating options for everyone, umbrellas for extra shade, and lots of areas to sit and enjoy each other’s company. The backyard was perfectly set up for grilling and entertaining. The house was organized, clean, and very spacious. The adult kids had fun playing ping pong, air hockey, and the other games in the garage (which stayed quite cool considering it was about 105 outside). We honestly loved this house! Beautiful home that looked even better than the pictures! Plenty of room for my whole family. Everyone loved playing all the games in the garage and swimming in the pool. I would definitely recommend this home.

Very nice home with a fully stocked kitchen. Fun games in big garage (table tennis, foosball, air hockey). Beautiful backyard with nice gazebo providing a private space to relax. Comfortable beds, and a huge master suite and bathroom. As others have said, the 2nd downstairs bathroom is inconveniently located, but not a big issue. Plenty of spaces for a big group to survive. Overall, we would stay here again if we need to be in the Mesa area.

We rented this beautiful home for 9 nights with 2 other couples. It was well appointed, had a lovely back yard space that we spent our evenings around the fire table and it was a great base in which to explore the area. We are looking into renting it again next year and staying longer. The only downside to this home, since we all wanted our bathroom, was how far the bath 3rd bathroom is from the bedroom area.

My Friends and I took our yearly trip and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We have had at other airbnb accommodation in the past. but this one stood out above the rest. I enjoyed this home so much. I spent the weekend in Phoenix and surrounding cities for my birthday, and it was a weekend to remember. The entire home was so clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the barking of the neighbors’ dogs from time to time. I felt like I was visiting Spain again by staying at this home. The doors and windows in the living room does not have curtain and is open to the street, but we still felt safe because there’s an enclosed fence surrounding the yard. The beds were comfortable and the patio and pool area were the icing on a cake! I would definitely recommend this rental! I look forward to staying again!

There was lots of communication and clear instructions. Our large family was comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The pool was great, exactly what we were hoping it was. There were plenty of linens, towels, the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to book again in the future. We had an amazing stay and look forward to visiting again.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Because it was an Arizona summer, we were not outside much (besides the great pool) yet we had plenty of space inside for 7 adults to eat and hang out. Good place with very limited check out procedures.

One of the most beautiful airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Extremely spacious and so much room to spread out. The pool and patio area is a true oasis. Had a power surge knock out the AC, host was very responsive and got it fixed ASAP. I would highly recommend this property and definitely look forward to staying there again.

This was a wonderful place for the 8 of us to stay! We had our low key bachelorette here! It was beautiful! Great place to get sun! Enough bathrooms for all the girls! The pool was great and we came at a time where it warmed itself in the sun! All the amenities worked. There was no long list of to-dos to leave which is amazing! Definitely would stay here again!

This property is perfect for family with a large eat in kitchen and pool right off the main living areas. The rooms are spacious especially the master and the master bathroom. The extras included in the garage were a hit with my children and grandchildren.

Kitchen was amazing Should have full size Keurig in kitchen Also the master bedroom and bathroom was both private and beautiful, but guests should be informed that the hot and cold water in the shower are backwards. Took a while to figure it out thought there was no hot water at first. This beautiful property is a must for any family.

This home was absolutely beautiful, very clean & well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed for 6 days and had to purchase our own garbage bags, toilet paper & paper towels, as they don’t supply extra. The outdoor areas & pool were fantastic. Several places to sit & relax. The pool area was amazing. If you have the pool heated (recommended) the cost listed on the description is $105 per day. This doesn’t include “taxes & fees” which added an additional $200. This was a great vacation home and we enjoyed staying there and we do so again.

Casa Arboleda exceeded all our expectations! Our vacation was amazing due to this beautiful rental and all the amenities. Close to everything, we were able to shop, sight see, visit family in the area, and hike. Highly recommend this home as a vacation rental.

Casa Arboleda was absolutely fantastic. Extremely clean and the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. Very roomy and was perfect for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. The beds are great. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do the house justice. Way nicer than we expected. The best value for the money ever. Out of over nearly 15 vacation rentals we've stayed in, Casa Arboleda is one of 2 we would love to go back to.

I went there with my buddies for my bachelor party and we absolutely had a blast. We actually utilized the house on our last day and cancelled our day plans in Scottsdale because the house was awesome! A lot of room and the pool is awesome! We would stay again in a second.

My husband surprised my 8 year old and I with a trip to Phoenix, and this home was apart of the surprise.
