The house was beautiful, clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was great! We loved that they allowed a dog. I had to place several phone calls to the host for check-in instructions not knowing that they give instructions 3 hours prior to arrival. It took many calls to reach a person at Vacasa by phone or text to get questions answered prior to our arrival.

The place was exactly as described. It had plenty of amenities down to several seasonings for us to use to cook with. The grill was great for us to have our own barbecue. There were actually more beds than we expected, which worked in our favor. I had some trouble with accessing the door code so it was hard to get someone to speak with directly. However once inside of the home we were greatly satisfied.

My sister was hosting our annual Christmas holiday family gathering and this venue was perfect -- just a few blocks away and large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us (many adolescent grandchildren, along with their septarian grandparents). We are hoping to book here again when the annual hosting event rotates back around to my sister in Mesa :)

Overall very satisfied. I am not complaining, however there area few places in the home that need attention, if these are not addressed this nice home will become an average or less vrbo.Mostly interior and some exterior work could be done. Missing some vertical blinds in the master bedroom and bath and shower in master bath looks nasty. Also deck off master is poor shape.

We had a great time and enjoyed our time at this beautiful home . We all had our own space and loved the themed rooms . The back yard was an oasis and enjoyed in the mornings as well as pool time . This place was quite large. Very accommodating for my large group. Very comfortable with great bedroom and bathroom layouts. In a beautiful neighborhood. Easy to find and close to freeway access. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Easy check in and easy check out.

Great stay! Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Lots of room to relax and hang out. Backyard was wonderful to relax and enjoy the sun. We were all trying to plan another trip to come back and stay longer.

The location is great! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked full of everything we could need. They really thought of everything! My family of 7, plus a dog, loved every minute of our stay. We traveled in March so the pool was cold but that didn’t stop my kids from having a great time swimming. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the Phoenix area. Communication with Vacasa was great! They were quick to respond and prompt. Check in was easy and the check out instructions were simple. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfy. There is a good size bedroom with an en-suite bath on the first floor and a smaller bedroom next to it. The master bedroom on the second floor is huge. There’s a king size bed, a couch and a balcony, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub and double vanity. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bath. The backyard has a pool and plenty of seating for lounging and dining. It’s a great house and it’s very clean.

This home is beautiful and has everything you need to entertain, relax and enjoy your stay. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, and lots of extra blankets and linens. The kitchen had most things we needed to cook over our stay for six guests, and even more with guests at times. Wifi was perfect, and the owners are kind, respectful and friendly. Overall - it exceeded all of our expectations!!

We had 8 adults, 2 kids and a dog in this house for a week. More than enough space for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked and seating in/out was great. Pool was chilly in March but we still gave it a go. Location can't be beat by hwy 202 as we had baseball tournament games all around the valley. We would absolutely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is super close to the expressway and shopping. It’s clean and well appointed. Keeping the price in context, it exceeded our expectations. The backyard is setup to entertain with plenty of chairs, a gas fire pit, and grill. Please know that most pools in AZ aren’t heated. The tiki torches and lighted palm trees add to the experience. I’d recommend this to my friends and would surely look to rent it again if I’m in the Mesa area.
