Sure to become your favorite Arizona hideaway, this sun-filled Mesa home comes well-updated with all of the daily conveniences you love! When you aren't relaxing under the home's cool central air-conditioning, enjoy the radiant weather while swimming in the community pool or engaging in some playful competition on the tennis court or pickleball court. A shared hot tub is also available for bubbly evening soaks. Private moments under the sun are best spent on the covered patio, equipped with a picnic table and a gas grill. Inside, you'll immediately feel at home amidst the living room's plush seating and large smart TV. The kitchen's warm wood cabinetry and full suite of appliances make cooking easy, and the sizable dining table is great for family meals. Off the kitchen, you'll find a separate laundry area. A great extra space to lounge and work, the sunroom features a designated work desk, ample seating, and a second large smart TV. Equally comfortable, the bedrooms also have personal TVs, high-quality linens, and ceiling fans. Within minutes of your stay, there are many restaurants like Rochesters Restaurant, shops, and other entertaining attractions like Altitude Trampoline Park Gilbert, Sunland Village Golf Course, and the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch. The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is also a quick drive away, making travel to and fro - simple! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Everything was great. Only issue was we got the wrong combo for the front door lock. Had to call to get the right one.

We had some very specific needs as our stay was due to cancer treatments. The home needed to be perfectly clean and the housekeepers did a fabulous job. We had an additional mid stay cleaning in preparation for my husband's release from the hospital which was easily scheduled. Again, cleanliness was very important as his immune system was compromised. Working with the manager Danielle was easy and she was very kind and accommodating. We wish we could have used the amenities offered by the owners association, but isolation was the name of the game for us. It was the perfect home and location close to the hospital. Everything we needed was there. Perfect hosts.

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
