We had some very specific needs as our stay was due to cancer treatments. The home needed to be perfectly clean and the housekeepers did a fabulous job. We had an additional mid stay cleaning in preparation for my husband's release from the hospital which was easily scheduled. Again, cleanliness was very important as his immune system was compromised. Working with the manager Danielle was easy and she was very kind and accommodating. We wish we could have used the amenities offered by the owners association, but isolation was the name of the game for us. It was the perfect home and location close to the hospital. Everything we needed was there. Perfect hosts.
