Private desert dream home with enclosed yard, pool, furnished lanai, & grill

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space was so peaceful. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The house was flawless. A couple of suggestions: it would be nice to know you have to pay extra to heat the pool. Management says it takes three days. Notebook at house says 12 hours. At 85 a day that’s a huge disparity. No Kleenex. Biggest issue was we weren’t given access code to development. If we hadn’t arrived early we would have been screwed. No one with management company ever answered a phone. If you need assistance, good luck finding it. Needed to know we needed our passwords to our streaming services.

This home was exactly what we needed, it was spacious and the outside areas were great to relax In . I didn’t need for anything . Easy area to get around and stores were very close.

Best experience this year (one in Utah, one in Ohio, and this in Mesa). Kitchen was well equipped, house was massive- felt nearly empty with the three of us. I bit odd that there was only one TV in the whole house, but not a deal breaker. Neighborhood was nice, mostly snowbirds, evidently. Thankfully the weather was cool for Mesa.

This home was the cleanest and most comfortable home we have ever stayed in over the years. The home was immaculate and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable. My bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. My daughter said the same about hers. Perfect stay.

My family came to visit my sister and her family. We were traveling with 4 children (3,5,6 and 9). Great place to stay. Lots of things close to do. It was cold for our stay but pool/spa looked amazing. Good trails from the house. Clean and safe. We will book again.

Close to the Rifle Range where the guys were competing. Close to so many things. So relaxing to come “home” to the beautiful kitchen, hot tub, and lovely family room. We are making plans to return!

The home is amazing and stocked with everything you need! We especially enjoyed the patio! I would definitely stay here again! I’ve rented several homes through VRBO and have always received outstanding support from home owners. I can appreciate why a home owner would use a third party service to manage their property but the onsite support from Vacasa was poor and the communication regarding late checkout request was horrible and deceptive. I inquired upon booking about a two hour extended checkout and they advised that communication would be sent a day or two prior to checkout. All communications from Vacasa regarding early checkin, confirmation that we got in okay, and a survey about cleanliness upon arrival were through text EXCEPT for the ability to learn that late checkout WAS available! They sent that notice via email early in the morning two days prior to checkout. I did not notice that email until the day before checkout but by then the option to select it was no longer available. I texted and called and was not able to reach anyone that could enable late checkout. They stated it was automated and they could not override it. Again, I understand that they need time to prepare for the next guests but the devious way they handled this part of the reservation was very disappointing. I also reached out with a specific question about the property and while they acknowledged my text immediately they had to reach out to the local team and it took over a day to get a reply.

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures. It was fully stocked with towels, dish soap, hand soap, and even some dishwasher pods. It was so clean and super close to hiking and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

Girls weekend in Mesa was a true success! We loved the outside space using the hot tub and pool daily. Ate most meals at the outdoor table. Used the fire feature at night for some relaxation! The location was perfect for us. We went hiking everyday which was easy due to the proximity of Usery mountain park. As mentioned in other reviews access required a call to reset the lock code but that was quickly resolved by the manager. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house was neat, clean and tidy. Close to all AZ has to offer. Many hiking adventures right out you door. Excellent!

This place is as described, clean and spacious. Like other reviewers, we had difficulty getting into the place but calling Vacasa resolved it for us within minutes. There was plenty of dishware, pots, pans & coffee machines (both K-cup and pot) to get us through two weeks. Very comfortable beds and linens. Quiet, gated neighborhood that provided us just what we needed - some rest & relaxation.

We really loved the layout of the house with 3 separate bathrooms plus the outdoor space was so great for hanging out and relaxing--different areas to read, drink coffee, and talk. Home was clean, easy to get into, and had a gorgeous backdrop backing to the foothills. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Relaxing, plenty of room and loved the backyard patio. Just did not know until checked in and read house book that the pool would cost per day and take a long time to heat up. Suggest a spatula for the kitchen. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

The location of this house was perfect. We were really close to some trails we could hike. There were amazing places to eat and shop for groceries. It was about a 20 or 30 minute drive to the city, depending on traffic. We loved that it was a gated community. We felt very safe. We liked that we didn't have to pay extra for the hottub but the charge to heat the pool was extremely steep. That was a huge let down so we didn't opt for it to be heated. Another huge drawback was the lack of seasonings in the kitchen. We had to buy a couple things of seasonings like salt and pepper to cook with. We were hoping to find a blender in the kitchen but it was also lacking that. The grill and utensils were dirty when we went to use them. Trash cans were full when we got there as well. I'm not sure if trash day landed on one of the days we were there. Overall, we loved our stay but there were some things that could have made it more enjoyable.
