Casago Arizona was an excellent stay - we especially appreciated the pool, garage w/ opener, RO water filter, indoor laundry, and blackout shades. There were a good number of condiments available in the pantry. Unexpected bonuses were the video game unit, cornhole, and board games. It was conveniently located close to the freeway, and it was in a quiet cul-de-sac community. Wonderful value for the price too; we would definitely book it again!

Great place, I generally like Vacasa as a host. However, I got to this house, dropped off by an Uber. The codes they sent for the door and the lockbox were both wrong. I texted their support number where they answered earlier… crickets. I messaged them in AirBNB… crickets. I called their number and requested a text back and got someone in a few minutes. They didn’t know anything about the lock or the mechanism and they found a code for the lockbox after 10 minutes (maybe)… but there was a lock that didn’t appear to have a keyhole. All this meant I was sitting out in the desert sun for 40 minutes trying to figure it out… Otherwise, the place was nice and well maintained!
