Spectacular oasis with private pool, large yard, & game room

Casago’s home was an amazing summer vacation away from home. It’s difficult to think of any negatives about the home. All of the living spaces were very spacious and fit all of our needs. I would consider coming back another time I am in town and will keep an eye for it when I do.

The Beach house was a perfect place for a quick escape from the AZ heat. There was enough space for my family and I. The location is close to restaurants and groceries. Will definitely stay again.

Place was an absolute dream for our family! We had a blast and didn’t want to leave. The amenities of the house were AMAZING for the kids and they didn’t want to go anywhere. They loved staying at the house.

We had an excellent stay. The house is very roomy. The pool was inviting, although the weather was not quite warm enough to take advantage. The TV in the gazebo was nice to have, however! The game room was a lot of fun for the adults and the kids. Lots of space to spread out and a very private feel. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores and surprise stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable we felt at home with comfortable beds, ability to cook for family and barbecue. Plenty of games and pool table to entertain and relaxing chairs and pool outside. Totally recommend the beach house for a nice relaxing time with family and friends.

Me and my family would definitely book again. The house is as described and very clean, the only bad thing i can say is that some of the walls had small damages (started peeling) and one of the fridges section was damaged both i would say from previous bookers. Other than that, the house is really clean and comfortable. Anyone will enjoy staying at this place guaranteed

All we expected and more. We loved playing pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and relaxing by the pool in the sun. The home is well stocked, clean and has plenty of room for everyone with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. One of the rooms has 2 bunkbeds that made it nice so our adult boys could have there own bed. We will rent this property again for our Phoenix AZ vacations.

We really enjoyed our family stay at this home in Surprise. Everyone had a great time playing pool and shuffleboard as well using the large selection of board games. It was too cool for us to enjoy the nice backyard with pool, but we'd love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of those amenities. The location was perfect. Our favorite restaurant in the area, Longhorn Steakhouse, was just a few minutes away. We spent several hours at the Wildlife World Zoo which is also a short drive. We look forward to booking for another stay.

We celebrated my husband's retirement from the Air Force here. The backyard was amazing and has a perfect place for cornhole, not to mention the several comfy spots to get out of the sun. The extra rooms helped us accommodate friends and family coming in from out of state. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

As advertised, plenty of space for our family of 5. House well spaced out and our 2 boys (20 & 18) enjoyed nightly shuffleboard matches before going to bed. Shuffleboard not quite level but it still made it for a fun time. Could use a bit more seating areas but was never a problem. Nice kitchen table for us to start our day with breakfast. Well stocked kitchen to cook and serve. Beds were comfortable. Only negative is if you are a very light sleeper the house does back up against the 303 highway and the master bedroom is the closest, so you’ll hear the freeway but it’s not too bad. It didn’t effect my wife nor I sleeping. We would stay here again!

We had a great time here, was gonna rent again and waited a day to late. Plenty of space, great backyard I loved just hanging out there. Only small problem was wifi password didn't work and no response from local manager the Vrbo team was very responsive yet they could only help so much. We'll definitely try to re rent when we come back.

Very convenient location close to shopping and restaurants in Surprise (the far west side of Phoenix).

We came to Surprise to visit our elderly mom for Thanksgiving and this property was only 1.2 miles away! It has an amazing back yard that I wish we could have utilized more if we weren’t at my mom’s most of the time. The kitchen had plenty of room to prepare Thanksgiving meals and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful as well! We look forward to staying here again.

This home features cosy and welcoming touches throughout, but the best features are the well equipped kitchen, loads of fluffy towels and that irresistible swimming pool! We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops, dining and spas. This home was also one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in! The only drawback was the Nest thermostat that was preprogrammed to allow only limited changes. This meant we were rather warm sometimes, especially at night. Otherwise, a great stay and a wonderful home.

Our family met in Surprise, AZ for a family wedding. When all was said and done, this Surprise, AZ property was absolutely perfect on all fronts for us to be able to gather as a family, rest and relax in between wedding events/activities, and simply enjoy ourselves for a few days away from the Winter snow!
