This is a very spacious home. It would be very easy to have a few groups stay at once and everyone have their own space. We stayed as a family and kids had their own bedroom, and everyone had space to do what they wanted. My kids loved playing ping pong, pool, and the arcade. The outdoor patio next to the house stays pretty shaded through the whole day. It was nice there are ceiling fans in the patio to keep the air moving when it was really hot. Loved the outdoor TV for watching some sporting events at night. Very great, spacious home. Great option for families and bigger groups.

The house is great, the yard is super chill, the price for what you get to me is very high. Only has 2 full bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom, the other is shared with two rooms. This makes it very hard. We rent houses weekly for our business employees and this one has the Scottsdale price without the Scottsdale, if you have been there you will know what I mean. I wouldn’t let that deter you from staying, but the companies that manage all these homes are starting to get very greedy and it’s showing with how much they charge for a nights stay. All in all the home is fantastic. We did have to go buy our own propane as they had none and if you want the pool heated, good luck. I believe there is better for the price point of this home. Do your research though. This is just my opinion as a world traveler and someone that lives in a very large home and is used to certain lifestyle. The house is not by any means an issue. Just to pricy for what you get.

Important Details Before You Book

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.
