I picked this house because of the recent remodel and the pictures showed a very open space. Family was in Phoenix to spend Thanksgiving together. My mother is in a wheelchair and very accessible for her. Plenty of room for the kids to run around in the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed for everything. Will definitely rent again next time I’m in Phoenix area.

I stayed here with a coworker for a conference in DT Phoenix. The house has a large driveway where we were able to park our enclosed trailer for the duration of the week. If you’re also pulling a trailer this driveway is a snug fit length wise for a 20ft trailer but it works. It’s not far from a busy road, so be prepped for some traffic. Otherwise the stay was awesome, made use of the big kitchen fully stocked with your normal kitchen gear. We had one issue with the garage door randomly opening but it was taken care of quickly by Vacasa’s service. I was impressed. Highly recommend this property and will come back next year if it’s available for our event again
