Close enough to the mosh pit of ASU and the like, but just removed enough to get away from the cacophony of action.

Exactly what we were wanting for our visit. Quiet area, relaxing in the morning and evenings. Clean with covered parking. Did not use the pool area but it looked refreshing. Comfortable beds and nice sitting area. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Host very responsive, check-in and out was smooth.

Very nice condo and a great location. Condo was very clean and had plenty of room for the kids to play. Pet friendly was a huge plus. Will definitely re-book for the next trip to Tempe.

Beautiful home! The first thing we noticed as soon as we walked in was how clean and spotless the house was! All the amenities were AMAZING! we had lots of fun in the pool and the game room. The neighborhood felt very safe and everything is so close by! The host was very responsive and nice whenever i had a question.

Great location for us - close to family and love the lake view. The unit is very well appointed - especially the kitchen (we didn’t cook much, but there were a ton of pots/pans and counter top appliances). The bed in the bigger bedroom was very comfortable - mattress & pillows (didn’t use the other bed). Very nice plush bathroom towels. Nice table/umbrella set up on both decks. This unit is definitely “tucked away” compared to the other units we’ve stayed in atthis complex - very private entrance. Involves a couple set of stairs. Vacasa (management company) was very communicative and responsive.

With such a reasonably priced unit, I did not expect anything spectacular. However, upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were very, very impressed with everything about this rental. Needless to say, it far-exceeds my best expectations. Definitely a great property strategically located between the east valley and the greater phoenix area. I would DEFINITELY stay here again,.. and plan on it!

Great location, wonderful views and a real bonus of being able to open windows/patio doors to create a lovely cross breeze with the fans (and therefore no need for a/c). Spacious for two and had a comfortable bed. We would love to stay here again.

Our Stay at Vacasa was just what we were looking for. Enough room for our family of four to stretch out and relax after a busy day in Phoenix. The place was quiet and comfortable. Quite unique having a waterfront view. I enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio.

This vacation condo is in a great location and provided a true home away from home. It's so nicely decorated and very well stocked with lots of necessities and supplies. My partner had a graduation at ASU and members from both my family and his family flew in for support. This stay was perfect for us and my grandparents. It was very comfortable and being able wake up and look at the water while sipping coffee was great. The only thing I wish was different about this place is having two bathrooms verse one, and have space for guest parking. Other than that, I would love to stay here again.

Overall the place was wonderful. The place served our needs quite well. It was neat, clean and well-stocked. My only complaint, and this has nothing to do with the home, was that a couple of neighbors across the lake were having work done to their residences (trees trimmed, building a deck, etc.) and the workers decided to begin at approximately 6:00 - 7:00 AM each morning. Tough to wake up to all the noise. But, that probably doesn't occur regularly. Just lousy timing!

This property was exactly as described. It was the most fully stocked property we have ever stayed at. The cleanliness was over the top. the location was easy to walk to many amenities. short 5 min walk to restaurants(Lido you can go for a pontoon boat ride of the lake) 10 min walk to the theater and several other restaurants. 10 min drive to Fry's grocery, target etc. We felt very safe in this community and walked home from restaurants in the dark. Just a lovely location. Only disappointment was the pool key and rec center pass were not in the kitchen(we didn't bother contacting owner but I'm sure it would have been a quick fix if we had) We had a bit of trouble checking in but owner responded in less than a minute and we were in. the rec center has a wonderful pool, a fitness center and beautiful green areas and water views. Tempe is a wonderful area, and the university area in excellent for a walk about and bar hopping. The Tempe Marketplace is a beautiful outdoor mall with huge movie theater and many restaurants and a beautiful walk along yet another phoenix lake!!!

A hidden gem! Great place as long as you can find it! But once you do, it’s very nice. We like how private it was and great decks. Great communication from rental as the internet went down. But they sent someone to fix it. BUT it would be smart to add CABLE! We will use it again when returning to Tempe!

Wonderful location close to everything but being on the lakes was so relaxing. Beautifully clean property with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the property rental company with easy check in and out process. Covered parking spot off the street. Additional amenities in the complex including a small pool and gym. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

Beautiful, perfect sized condo that was great for a workcation - had monitors on the desks and everything. Good location, close to everything you’d need. There was one minor hiccup (water turned off) but they fixed it within 2 hours after I called so I have no complaints. I would definitely go back.

Stayed here for a week and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The home was clean, stocked, and in a fantastic location. Two work stations to work remotely and an amazing balcony to relax after a long day was exactly what we needed. I can't wait to come back!

My stay was very comfortable. Kitchen and home were very clean and furnished with anything you need to cook and entertain. Beds were just fine, baths had ample towels, extra soap/shampoo/etc which was really nice since I forgot to bring a bar of soap. The only thing that was a bit of a turnoff was the maintenance of the common areas/condo complex ; and the sidewalk leading up to the unit wasn't easy to find. Not convenient for people with mobility challenges or carrying large pieces of luggage.

If you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life this condo fits the bill. This cozy, cheerful space feels so welcoming with its bright atmosphere and touch of yellow accent. It is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities you would need. It also has some personal touches such as a coffee maker which uses both Keurig and/or ground coffee and it also has bar glasses and tools for fixing drinks. Our girls weekend was fantastic with the delicious chocolate martini’s we had!! Watching the sunset over the lake from the balcony is a beautiful site too. Its a lovely, inviting and comfortable place and we would definitely book another stay at the Tempe Dream!
