Surrounded by national forest, the hikers and mountain bikers in the group will be spoiled for choice when it comes to trails. Golfers will love nearby courses, and the anglers will enjoy easy access to several nearby lakes. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are all an easy drive away. 

Outdoor space at home includes a quiet patio, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, as well as a large, shady yard. Shoot some hoops in the driveway or play ping-pong in the garage, then relax while the kids play on the swing set. When you want to explore, hop on one of the bikes available for your use and tour the area on two wheels.

Inside, you’ll find a huge, open space, with soaring pine-paneled ceilings, hardwood floors, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace surround for the wood-burning stove. The huge, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space to cook for a crowd, and there’s plenty of mealtime seating between the kitchen island and large dining table. This home is well suited for larger families, easily accommodated our 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. The trampoline was a hit for the "littles!"Well situated in the mountains of Pinetop, AZ. Would rent it again if all 10 of us wanted another "Valley of the Sun", summer break!

Overall we had a great stay. Vacasa was very responsive. The bathrooms and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. We found hair in the bathrooms and crumbs on the kitchen counters. As far as amenities, vacasa provided most of the essentials. We weren’t able to connect to YouTube TV or any sort of cable. Vacasa offered to help with this but it wasn’t a priority for us. There were also a few kitchen appliances we weren’t able to find such as a wine opener and Tupperware with matching lids. We were surprised to find how kid friends the property was. We had a few littles with us and the property had toys, step stool, toddler bed, pack and play etc. Overall we had a great time. Thank you Vacasa Arizona!

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
