Comfortable & quiet condo surrounded by beautiful pine trees in a delightful neighborhood (golf community). We loved all the windows (& sliding glass doors) and very much appreciated while having everything ‘open’ it felt very quiet. The sliding doors & screens need attention, as they are very sticky and a couple in the home are very difficult to maneuver. This aside we made great use of the balcony space and continual fresh mountain air. We cooked all our meals in the home and there were plenty of pots, pans, knives, etc…. We wish the kitchen would have been supplied with a spice rack, sugar and some cooking oil (I am accustomed to vacation rentals supplying at least the basics, especially for the high price per night). A few minor adjustments catering to guests needs (kitchen spices, having Q-tips in bathroom, etc) would make this an extraordinary place versus just a good/pleasant place. I was still happy with our stay :)

I’m sorry the sliding doors/screens were sticky and that we didn’t have basic kitchen staples or bathroom Q-tips on hand. We were two ladies there for a golf tournament at Pinetop Lakes Golf course which was a two minutes walk away. We loved the condo. Everything was as advertised. Clean, bright nicely decorated. We didn't do any cooking but there were lots of stuff if needed. We liked that it was in a quiet area and felt safe. Close to restaurants, Woodland Lake and some great walking trails. Responsive management. Would recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed the stay overall. It was a little hot and the ceiling fan in the main area was broken, so we couldn't use it. However, there were plenty of portable fans to use, and the master bedroom had an air conditioner unit. it turned out that someone from a previous stay must have left on the heater in the room with the queen size bed and I didn't notice it until half way through our stay. Once we turned that off it was much better. The neighborhood is very quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by trees-which was just what we were looking for
