all good, nice pool, nice 1 br (other bedroom is closed off). my only hitch was that the management company threatened to fine me if I wasn't out by 10 am and wouldn't work with me on checking out at 11. I had an important meeting and stayed over a week in two units. I would have extended and stayed there thru December if it weren't for Vacasa.

This is the second time we have here. This time as opposed to last time, we had responsive and excellent communication. Also the lighting on the porch and sign was present. we happened to meet the owners and enjoyed thier welcoming attitude.

This little condo is exactly what we need, as our family has a home less than a mile away. Since that house doesn't have enough space for everyone, we can work and sleep away from the bigger crowd. The house has everything we need: good internet, enough cooking equipment for us to cook Thanksgiving sweet potatoes, and comfy beds. Be aware it is a pretty small place, but it was perfect for the two of us. We've stayed here twice now and will probably stay here again. Thanks to the hosts!

This is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay. It was recently renovated with excellent amenities, eg, a modern kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. Other condo amenities include new furnishings throughout, updated bathrooms, and wide screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The new HVAC system worked perfectly. We look forward to our next stay.

We love Carefree. We enjoyed the condo. It was fully equipped and had a great remodel done. So , it's up to date. The outside of the condo was an 0older style, but the inside was very nice.

I've stayed in many Airbnb's Phx area and this at the top of the list of my fav places. The condo is a quiet end unit, covered parking, has fully equiped kitchen, lots of towels, extra pillows, nicely landscaped with pretty views. The a/c worked very good, always hot water with good water pressure. The Owner came by to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Vacasa were very helpful finding the place, as we got lost and called them, and they responded immediately. We orig went to the complex next door, and someone at Vacasa helped us find the correct bldg. We stayed 5 days and it was easy, and the condo very comfortable.
