Would stay here again. Excellent Responsiveness, rooms were clean and absolutely comfy, and a number of restaurants. My friends and I had a great time (we were in for a conference) and REALLY appreciated the comfort and relaxation this place had to offer. Super awesome that there is a nearby car port, if you need to rent a car (only 25 - 30 min from airport) . easy Lyft access!!!

We have stayed in this unit before and plan to again in the future. There are dishes, silverware, etc., but if you are needing a piece of paper or pen, bring your own. :) We love the location of this unit to the parking lot and pool. The unit was clean, but the high traffic areas of carpet could use a needed steam clean. That is the only reason I didn't give the unit a five-star rating for cleanliness. All in all, the unit is five-star.

The decor was very nice and the beds were great. The only downfall to the place was the stairs to the second floor l. Unloading the car and then loading everything back up With the heavy suitcases was a little bit of a challenge. I would stay here again. The contact number they gave me on the customer portal after the reservation was made did not work. I was in a endless hold and ended up not speaking with anyone. There was all so a text number to send questions that didn’t work either. When we got there the tablet with the information in the unit had the correct number and I was able to get through just fine.

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.

Travel Insurance:
