We booked the property as the management companies were being transitioned which complicated communications for me. This forced me to reach out several times for to get the check-in procedures information. When we arrived, we had problems getting into the property (likely caused by the change over). We reached out to our host who remedied the problem quickly - he was easy to reach and even easier to work with. Once we got in, the rest of our stay was great! Thanks

Visiting family as I do several times a year and am familiar with Camelback House condos. Great central location, easy access, assigned parking makes for an easy stay. Unit is as described and very clean. As a vacation home owner myself, (one who does seasonal rentals) might I suggest updates to the kitchen and bathroom? Cabinets in both are quite outdated; bathroom faucets are acrylic and bulky, 1980s throwback, and the pull chord for the vent fan in the bathroom is unexpected. Not appealing at all. Perhaps a Keurig coffee maker (the drip 12-cup pot is also outdated and slow, especially for one cup), as this is a contemporary option for coffee brewing. Other that that, nice place :)

This place is a great place to stay, I would stay here again, very comfortable and clean, and very walkable and safe. only 5 minutes drive to old town Scottsdale with lots restaurants, shops and galleries to visit.

Very clean and centrally located for our business trip. The property manager was quick to reply. Just know that ride share companies get directed into a neighboring parking lot. Best to contact the drivers right away and redirect to the property entrance. Great restaurants and mall across the street. We had a great stay.

The unit looks just like the pictures. Across the street from Fashion square Mall great shopping! Close to Old Town Scottsdale. A lot of road noise but did not stop us from sleeping. Would stay there again. Also very comfortable bed.

Loved the condo. Description noted there would be an iron and ironing board. There was an ironing board, but no iron which I really needed. . I purchased an inexpensive iron and left it there. Tried calling to ask about it but never got to anyone.

Nice apartment. Location is good to Old Town, price pretty good too. I had a broken coffee pot which was fixed right away on a Sunday, impressive! Only complaint, AC didn't seem adjustable though it was fine and no groceries stores within walking distance but some area cheap Uber's away! I'd stay again.

I recently stayed here for a few days while here for work. Though I didn't come to play. the location of the unit made it hard to not go out and explore! You're literally steps from Fashion Square and a quick walk to the shops on 5th. I put some time aside to hike Camelback (holy cow, what an incline...), which was also minutes (driving) from the apartment. It's in a safe area and very walkable to most things and if it's not there was ALWAYS one of those electric scooters on the corner. The host was responsive to any questions, but their welcome packet is very informative and left little to have to reach out about. It was a great value for the price and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for hosting me!

Clean place in a very nice, safe area. Pool was clean and warm. Everything worked fine in the condo except for a few lightbulbs. Easy access with the electronic keypad, so no need to carry keys.
