Well cleaned property. Fast response from the management company... accurate photos. Extra things like a super clean grill, laundry pods, extra roll of paper towels were nice to find. Pool/backyard and billiards table both in good shape. Overall a good value.

We were there for my sister’s memorial service, this was my first time booking at Airbnb, and I was very pleased with all the amenities that were in this home. Everything was easy to find the host was very , responsive when I had any questions. The pool was not heated, but it was warm and relaxing, my Sister‘s children joined us ages seven and five they had a ball in the pool and even the dog enjoyed herself. We have put this on our list for the next time that we are in Arizona if this home is available, this is the one we will be getting. I truly appreciate everything that this home offered.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Guest Services during our entire experience from the beginning, during, and checkout has been exceptional. The property was as advertised, nice & clean. It was spacious, we did jot fill like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood was nice & clean. We were able to cook in lieu of eating out for every meal. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was great for my adult daughter and I and our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some great parks nearby for walking. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go.

Our stay in Scottsdale was made even more enjoyable because of the prime location of the house and the pool in the backyard ! The green belt is just around the corner and makes for perfect walks in the evening. The a/c was also replaced just before we checked in and is working perfect to keep the house cool during the high temperature summer days. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Phoenix !

My family decided to do a mini-vacation and the requirements were that property had to have a pool and pet friendly. This was our second home, the first had ac issues and the management company acted quickly to move us to new place. Were able to get relaxation and pool time for my family. We had a great few days with our 3 grandchildren. The area is a perfect distance to the Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark, the Harkins movie theater, and Walmart to get groceries. We enjoyed swimming at the home pool also. Thank you.

The whole family had a place to sleep with plenty of room to stretch out. I cooked thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen (with little helpers) and had enough room to move. The dining space was large enough so everyone could be at the big table. Great location, grocery store close,park, Walmart. All you could need. We would definitely stay again

Space, cleanliness, amenities, number of beds were fantastic. Nice touches were toiletries and laundry/dishwasher detergent available for use. Only complaints were that the dishwasher smelled like death, it needs aired out after being run; the thermostat was a little tricky, could not get the fan to quit running and for some reason the heat was on when we arrived. The only way to get the fan to not run was to turn off the system entirely. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book this again if in the area.

Incredible. One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. The location is excellent - You're a few blocks from a Safeway/Starbucks for coffee and groceries for your BBQ/kitchen. You're a block from a gas station with alcohol, basic groceries, etc. Close to the main highway for trips to Top Golf, Sedona, etc. a $7 uber to Old Town. Comfortable beds, quality furniture, etc. The attention to detail is what made the difference - A fire table and BBQ with lots of full propane tanks, clean pool, coffee makers, etc. Makes it feel like home.

My family and I stayed here the entire month of December last year and loved the location so much, we then booked again for the month of December this year (2021). When we arrived, we were delighted to find the new luxury laminate flooring all throughout the home and the hall bathroom completely remodeled and the new primary bathroom vanity (pictures show the old carpet and baths). As other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen is stocked, but is missing some key things like spatulas and large serving bowls/spoons. The father/daughter pool cleaning team comes over every Wednesday to clean the pool They are very sweet and didn't mind our dogs. Landscapers come once a week as well. I love the location and enjoy the proximity to Chaparral Park and Camelback Park. There is a Safeway at Chaparral and Hayden for quick grocery runs. About a mile from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Less than 10-15 minute drive to Squaw Peak and Echo Canyon Trail and easy access to the 101. Overall, the home is clean, well equipped and centrally located. Looking forward to booking again in 2022!

This property was just as advertised. It was very clean when we got there, and the check in process was very easy. We had six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, the kitchen only had minimal amount of supplies. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to come back again.

Was perfect for our needs during my husband's cancer treatments. The kitchen had most of what we needed. It does need new pots and pans, though. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. The pool people were also lovely. Yard was well maintained by really nice landscapers. Loved having Chaparral park next door. Organic foods available close by. Access to 101 easy and quick.

During this sensitive time in our lives this was the best tranquility We have experienced. This home felt like home! We created so many memories that when it was almost time to leave we decided to extended our stay (the airline changed our flight was a sign for us to extend ) we enjoyed every minute of it. The pool is not heated but the weather was hot enough to enjoy a dip in The refreshing pool. We are moving to Scottsdale soon and will recommend to family when they visit for sure!

Incredible value! Close to everything! Airport was about 20 minutes away, downtown Phoenix about 25-30 and Old Town Scottsdale 5! Very well equipped and clean! Only downside was the pool not being heated, as it was unseasonably warm for Scottsdale in late Oct/early Nov but the pool was frigid. Pool table was a nice bonus.

This home was PERFECT for my bachelorette party!! The location was amazing! It was the perfect space from lounging on the couch, to hanging by the pool! The coffee provided in the morning was great! It was also the easiest check out list for guests, which is much appreciated! Definitely one of the best Air Bnb's I have stayed at! If we ever come back to Scottsdale, we know where we're staying!

This was a great home that was PERFECT for our group of 7 girls in scottsdale for a bachelorette party. The pool was great, house was very clean, and beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean, everything looked brand new, it was close to the center of town, restaurants and bars, we sadly left after 16 days, we wished we could stay longer,I felt like I was at my own house, in our next trip to AZ we are going to stay at this house.
