Instead of 3 bedrooms and a bonus room, there are now 4 bedrooms!<br /> 3 King beds and 1 Queen bed.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> <br /> This home is the absolute perfect getaway for everyone! It can&#39;t get much better than this. With tons of amenities and magical red rock views, your picture-perfect memories are just a click away!<br /> <br /> Nestled in a quiet neighborhood facing Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain, this spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is more than a perfect location for the whole family! There are 2 master suites with access to the backyard with a pool. The backyard is perfect for entertainment. There is a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and retractable awnings&nbsp; This is what vacations are all about!&nbsp;<br /> <br /> The spacious master suite has a luxury KING bed and a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services.&nbsp; With a cozy seating area and lots of natural light from all of the windows, this suite makes for the perfect couple&#39;s getaway.&nbsp;<br /> As if the 4 spacious rooms weren&#39;t enough, there is a bonus room too! Perfect for relaxing, watching TV, and all your business needs. There&#39;s plenty of room for everyone!<br /> <br /> Saving the best for last, the gourmet kitchen is the place where everyone will enjoy. Overly stocked with all the kitchen supplies you will need, the high-end appliances will make you realize this is your dream kitchen.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Chimney Rock Escape is located in West Sedona which is the best side of town. There are plenty of hiking trails and restaurants nearby, including a grocery store for your last-minute necessities. Lastly, there is a trailhead nearby that feeds into several other trails that only the locals know about! No need for parking!&nbsp;<br /> <br /> House Rules&nbsp;<br /> ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM&nbsp;<br /> ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM &nbsp;<br /> ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind&nbsp;<br /> ~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.&nbsp;<br /> ~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.<br /> ~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.<br /> ~All reservations must submit their driver&rsquo;s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.&nbsp;<br /> ~Utility caps apply. &nbsp;Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.<br /> ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.<br /> ~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.<br /> ~No large gatherings&nbsp;<br /> ~No mailbox access will be granted<br /> ~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.<br /> ~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection<br /> ~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. &nbsp;We appreciate your cooperation in advance.<br /> <br /> <br /> &nbsp;
