Soak under the stars in your Sundance hot tub, detox in the sauna, dip into the cold plunge, & rinse off in the outdoor Rainshower. Then end the night on the rooftop deck with a fire pit. Bedrooms have luxury mattresses, and en suite bathrooms with Toto bidets. Chef's kitchen with an alkaline water hydration station.

Your Property/The Space:

A Guest Favorite and Airbnb Top 10% property, Birds Eye View is a 2-bedroom boho retreat in West Sedona with red rock views, trail access, and a private wellness area: The Zen Bali Room.

Your private outdoor wellness space includes an infrared sauna, outdoor soaking tub / cold plunge with dedicated ice machine, outdoor Rainshower, and a Sundance hot tub. After dark view the stars from the hot tub, or head up to the second-floor rooftop deck with a gas fire pit and closer open sky views. The property also has a lush fenced yard with outdoor daybeds and a dedicated alfresco dining area.

Both bedrooms have Stearns & Foster luxury mattresses and en suite bathrooms with marble countertops and Toto bidet toilets. A bonus sleeping nook near the entrance has a double twin daybed with trundle and two twin organic memory foam mattresses that can slide side-by-side to convert to a King. Ideal for children and additional friends and family.

Cathedral ceilings, a velvet sectional sofa with pullout Queen memory foam sleeper, large flatscreen TV, and glass sliders that open directly onto the outdoor patio. The chef's kitchen has marble countertops, a double oven range, and a hydration station that provides alkaline water, sparkling water, and filtered water with the push of a button. Coffee options include full pot drip coffee maker, as well as Keurig one cup.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

We loved our stay at Bird’s Eye View! We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days but it wasn’t long enough. We loved the home, the neighborhood and the amenities. The hot tub, outdoor shower and rooftop with fire pit were awesome. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The full kitchen had everything we needed. I can’t wait to come back-the home is close to everything and made our stay in Sedona beyond wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Birds Eye. The house is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood - yet close to stores and restaurants. The views are stunning! Everything was clean and well cared for, which made it easy for us to kick back immediately. The whole place has a calm, comfortable feel. The beds were very comfortable (some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling). The home is stocked with high-quality amenities. The hot tub was immaculate - a great bonus after a day of hiking or sightseeing. And, I can’t say enough about the drinking station—having cold, sparkling, and alkaline water on demand was such a nice touch. This is a clean, comfortable, well-thought-out home in a great location. If it’s available, book it now! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful location, private AirBnB to decompress at after a long day of activities. Easy driveway, had sparkling/fresh water available, and jacuzzi was phenomenal. My fiancé’s only complaint was that the bedroom pillows were too hard/stiff and the shower products weren’t very quality. We stayed at a hotel in Scottsdale the night before check-in since our flight was rescheduled and it was a noticeable difference. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Very charming cottage on a residential street but with lots of fenced privacy . We enjoyed the views , hot tub and sauna area . There was a resident hummingbird who was nesting while we were there . I hope all future guests respect this bird and don’t disturb its nest . If you arrive at night it’s a bit hard to see the house numbers . There are no front lights but good side porch lights you can turn on . Very dark street so be prepared to use cell flash light . The neighborhood is close to hikes and restaurants. The house decor is really up to date and we appreciated the nice renovation of an older home . The bed was comfortable and special Toto toilets added too . Good amenities in the cute kitchen and great lighting inside every room . The only negative for me was walking in and smelling the glade air freshener plug inns very strongly. I’m sensitive to smell and for me it was too much . Something more organic would be better in my opinion . Prefer a fresh smell over chemical smell .

This is one of the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in. It had so many extra touches that it just made it so comfortable and Home like it had so many features and I would recommend this place for anybody although I did get abundance of emails and text about no early check-in and be out on time. I thought they were a little excessive. we did notice that the Wi-Fi on the email passcode is not correct but the one in the book in the house is you might want to update them other than that love the place.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautifully renovated and decorated. The property is well maintained, private and peaceful. There are multiple areas in and around the property which allowed for varied options and space to spread out a bit. I would absolutely stay again.

We went for my wife's birthday getaway, this is a great place for "self-care" with the jacuzzi the sauna and cold plunge and we even brought our red light to complete the ultimate self care weekend. This is our second time staying at this property. I absolutely love it. So quiet and peaceful, but walkable to so many restaurants. It was also only a 20-minute hike from the house up to the airport vortex at the top of the hill. Comfortable beds and luxe linens. We slept so well. The outdoor bathtub is fabulous. I took an ice bath, followed by time in the jacuzzi and sauna. Then sat on the upstairs deck and enjoyed the red rock views. Great kitchen too! Everything we needed. Plus, a cool dispenser for cold filtered sparkling water and alkaline water. The house was pristine and sparkling clean!

Bird’s Eye View was the perfect home base for our five night stay in Sedona. The house looked exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and with views even better than expected. Casago’s communication was great, though everything ran so smoothly we barely needed it. While most of our trip was rainy due to a tropical storm, the home made our stay wonderful regardless. We didn’t get to use all the outdoor amenities, but the location and comfort more than made up for it. Our favorite feature was the water machine and now we want one at home! Tips: Walk up the road from the house to the top of the hill for stunning views. Head to breakfast before 7:30 a.m. to beat the crowds at nearby spots and easy parking anywhere around Sedona. If you’re visiting Sedona’s vortexes, go to Airport Mesa by 7 a.m. for easy parking, which was one of the best vortex spots we experienced. (Parking for Airport Mesa Vortex is not far from this house. The lot is halfway up the hill to the Airport on the left.)

This was our second time staying at this place, and it somehow managed to exceed our already high expectations. The outdoor amenities are excellent. We loved the hot tub in the mornings and the soaking tub under all the stars of the night sky was pure magic. During the hot afternoons we used the ice machine to turn the outdoor tub into a cold plunge. The infrared sauna and outdoor shower add an extra touch of luxury that make this feel like a high-end resort. Location is perfect. While the property offers peace, quiet, and comfort, there are so many great restaurants within a 15-20-minutes walk. And incredible hiking trails just up the road too! The red rock views are breathtaking, whether we were relaxing on the upstairs deck, soaking in the outdoor hot tub, or enjoying morning coffee at the dining table. Comfortable beds and mattresses, great kitchen with everything we needed. We're already looking forward to our next visit - this has become our go-to Sedona retreat.

This home is a true Sedona sanctuary—an unforgettable oasis with breathtaking views of the iconic Red Rocks. Every day felt like a retreat as we soaked in the hot tub, relaxed in the sauna, and ended our evenings stargazing from the stunning rooftop deck. The home itself is beautifully designed—stylish, cozy, and perfectly private. The location couldn’t be better. We were just a short, scenic walk from great restaurants, Whole Foods, and local coffee spots, yet tucked just far enough off the main road to be completely immersed in peaceful nature. In just five minutes, we drove to the Sedona Airport Overlook and experienced one of the most magical sunsets we’ve ever seen. The home is close to incredible hiking trails, shopping, and dining, making it the ideal home base for exploring Sedona. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed when we felt like staying in and cooking. We absolutely love this hidden gem!

This is hands-down one of the most incredible Airbnbs I've ever experienced. We stayed there for a girls' weekend and this place exceeded our expectations. It was better than the photos! It's like your own private luxury spa retreat with stunning red rock views from the house and rooftop deck. Also, it was 100 degrees in Sedona while we were there, so we LOVED the cold plunge and ice machine. There is also a drink station with cold alkaline water and bubbly water. Yay, plenty of cold drinks! The air conditioning also helped to keep us completely cool at night--which is super important for me as I tend to be a hot sleeper. The comfortable beds, premium linens, and blackout blinds had us sleeping like babies. It felt like 5-star resort. The sky deck with the fire pit became our nightly ritual for stargazing and conversation, while the Bali Room was photo paradise with those gorgeous birdcage chairs. The location is unbeatable! We could walk to hiking trails and tons of restaurants.

Great getaway

We loved stargazing and spending time outside on the deck and the Bali Room. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing after hikes. Perfect location close to the trails and grocery stores. Would book again!

Mother daughter trip to Sedona. Air bnb was perfect for our stay. House was exceptionally clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, coffee pods, shampoos, etc. The backyard was amazing with fabulous hot tub, sauna and outdoor tub. The location is fantastic. Only ten minutes away from great trails, close to uptown without all the congestion and great restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This is nicest place I have stayed at. My daughter and I enjoyed a spa like getaway at this luxurious sanctuary in West Sedona. The beds are incredibly comfortable I slept so well and that is unusual for me! The interior of the home is pristine, stylishly decorated and well appointed with everything you could need. The outdoor spa area is an oasis! We spent a couple of hours going from the hot tub to the infrared sauna. There is also an outdoor shower and large soaking tub. There is an ice machine so you can add ice to the tub for a cold plunge. My daughter enjoyed the plunge but I didn’t dare! Watching the sun set over the red rocks while sipping a glass of wine on the rooftop deck by the fire pit was a wonderful way to spend the evenings. While the home is secluded enough to feel like a private retreat, we could walk to many restaurants and Whole Foods in 15 minutes. We were just a block away from some National Forest hiking trails that took us up to the Airport Vortex .

Our stay here was heaven on earth, literally. This home and the property was an oasis. I came with my brother, sister-in-law, two nieces and nephew for a vacation, and it was everything the description promised. We didn’t even get to utilize all of the amenities on the property due to limited time in town. Technically you could walk to any number of shops, restaurants and a food truck (we just drove everywhere). And all of the popular hikes and vortexes were within 20 minutes. The drives to and from the vortexes were a spectacular experience in themselves. The house was absolutely perfect to return to after long days of hiking. We were able to enjoy home cooked meals in the stunning kitchen with high end appliances. The beds were the most comfortable ever! We stargazed over the fire pit on the upper balcony one night. The littles kicked a soccer ball in the yard while we cooked. We enjoyed the hot tub. I can’t say enough about this home and property, but I’m out of characters. LOVED!!!

Health and Wellness stay in the Redrocks!!

Absolutely fabulous stay at this home! Situated on our favorite side of town West Sedona! Very close to all the great restaurants and Whole Foods! The interior is brand new condition! Everything is high end and very well appointed! Soo close to all the best hiking trails. We used every inch that this home had to offer! We would wake up, sauna then shower outside in complete privacy, then go hike all day! Returned home and relaxed in the hot tub, then made dinner and sat on the roof top to star gaze every night!!! Then would repeat every single day!! We fell rejuvenated from our trip here thank you!

Sedona paradise

Loved staying here! Hot tub and sauna was great after hiking all day! Beds were comfy, loved the fireplace. Only suggestion would be to trim trees to enhance that spectacular view.

Great place!

Such a nice spot! Great outdoor space! The cold plunge ice machine was still out of service, but we really didn’t miss it. Hot tub worked great. Beds were comfy and although it’s a small house, it doesn’t feel like it.

Great stay!

The home is beautiful & thoughtfully put together. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved the water station dispenser! Two en suite bedrooms were comfortable, well appointed (even had the curly hair attachment for the hair dryer! -which never happens) and the warm seat bidets were a welcome surprise on cold mornings. Location is great - can walk to restaurants and businesses including Starbucks! Check in was easy. We had one issue while there and the property manager was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue.

A beautiful property. The indoor space was modern and very comfortable, we loved the water dispenser. Outdoor seating areas really comfortable and accommodated our party of six, with a view that is classic Sedona red rock. We will hope to come back and stay again sometime, 3 nights not long enough.

We had a wonderful weekend here and felt right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and fire pit as well as the sauna and outdoor shower. The interior was immaculate and and we really enjoyed that kitchen. We were missing a couple of basic kitchen utensils (can opener, etc) but nothing major. We all LOVED the water machine (I now want one more myself!) and the fancy bidets! :) It is a beautiful home with some gorgeous views, especially shortly after sunrise. I would Highly recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful home.

This place was a true gem and one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The West Sedona location is perfect—there are loads of hiking and mountain biking trails in the neighborhood. After a hike up a nearby trail to the Airport Vortex, we came back to the house and enjoyed the outdoor cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna. Pure bliss! My wife and I spent the afternoon in the private fenced-in yard and up on the rooftop deck taking in the incredible red rock views. Tons of outdoor seating areas and furniture and the grill made it easy to entertain our friends. Great kitchen too. Plus, we both agreed the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. As design people ourselves, we loved the mid-century boho chic decor. And the bird-themed art throughout was a fun touch. The house itself was so clean, comfortable, and quiet. We also appreciated how close this home is to Whole Foods and some great restaurants. We definitely hope to visit again!

Our stay in this luxury oasis was nothing less than perfect! All amenities were working besides the outside ice machine… this would have come in handy during our summer stay. The doors were difficult to close so we had to check every door was locked and stayed shut each time we left. The kitchen, and bathrooms were very clean! The views were outstanding and could be enjoyed from each of their various private outdoor areas. The location was so close to many great restaurants and wonderful places to hike and watch sunset! I would suggest some bug spray if you are staying in the summertime as we got eaten alive by the bugs. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a nice meal, and the rooftop deck with the fireplace was incredible for stargazing and s’mores! The hot tub ice plunge and spa were wonderful amenities to utilize after our outdoor adventures during the daytime. I truly think this host thought of everything when it comes to a luxury vacation home. Perfect for your next Sedona stay!!!

Had some issues, but would go back

Had some issues with the cleanliness of one of the outside amenities. And half of the windows and doors were unlocked when we got there, so make sure you check those! The management team was on it. They were very responsive and fixed everything extremely quickly. We didn't miss a beat. The inside was super clean and cute! There is a water dispenser that I now must buy for my own home! The hottub was amazing and super clean and the view from the rooftop deck was beautiful.

Extremely fortunate to have found this for first stay in Sedona. It was magic, and the photos don't even do it justice. The ideal indoor/outdoor living experience: 3 outdoor living spaces, plus all the rooms have doors and windows to throw open. Schedule around sunrise/sunset! Incredibly stylish, w/ fun & fresh vibe top-to-bottom, all aligned to the fundamental "cozy bungalow" feel. Kitchen fully configured with everything you need, including ice-cold countertop sparking water. Ideal neighborhood: West Sedona is best spot for shopping, restaurants, etc. Whole Foods is 2-3 streets away. Street is called "View Drive" for a reason, house is almost at the top of the street, provides gorgeous views of formations across the valley. (Photos of view from deck don't do this justice, and view from dinner table is equally good.) Last, this is the epicenter of Sedona Mountain Biking: the best bike shop is on this street, ride to trails and the terrain park within 10 minutes! Just go.
