Beautiful home in a quintessential Sedona desert upper middle class neighborhood. Very close to shopping, bars and restaurants. Grocery store was a half mile away. Casago response time was fast. The house was clean and stocked with the basic essentials. Please take note that the individual coffee make was a Nespresso and not a Keurig, therefore, it did not take a standard K cup. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Castle Rock in Sedona. The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, roomy and open, with the most incredible views of the red rocks. Three king beds and a queen were perfect for our party of 4 sisters. The linens were pristine and beds so comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the nespresso machine was a real treat. The pool area was clean, very private and extremely quiet. The area was minutes away from shopping and dining. Fabulous selection of restautants. Safeway five minutes away. We had a wonderful week stay.

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The location was close to great restaurants and hiking trails, allowing us to avoid the traffic in downtown Sedona. There were great views if the mountains. Since Sedona is a dark skies community, the stargazing was great! The kitchen was well equipped which made preparing dinners very easy. We would stay here again!

What a treasure! This house was immaculate upon arrival! The kitchen was well-appointed in terms of dishes and cookware. The interior of the house is very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. The location is great, too. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Safeway is just a mile away. The house is close enough to anywhere in Sedona that you want to get to, yet far enough out of the busy and crowded downtown area. We definitely recommend staying at the Chimney Rock Escape!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The home was beautiful and the space was way more than we needed for our family of 4, but it was nice to have room to spread out. The view is just breathtaking and we enjoyed the front porch as much as the backyard. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it a lot. Other homes we have rented with pools also had some floats available, this did not, but they also did not list they did. Would have been a bonus. The only thing was the floors could have used some cleaning. Our feet were pretty dirty after walking around barefoot. Would 100% rent from Casago again.

We had a wonderful stay at Chimney Rock Escape. It was very peaceful; the views from the front patio are as gorgeous as shown, and the large back yard had ample seating for dining and relaxing for a larger group. The kitchen was well equipped although we ate out or picked up takeout most nights, choosing to relax together in the lovely setting. The beds were very comfortable and the living room seating a nice place to hang out. The street is very quiet with no through traffic. The home is very central to Sedona, with easy access to grocery stores, and restaurants. It is less than a mile walk to the Andante trailhead and the nearby Stupa/Peace Park. The garage is available to park some vehicles if needed. Nice softened water and two kinds of coffee makers (Keurig and drip) helped fuel up our family each day. We saw quail across the street and heard owls at night. Casago, the professional property managers, are very responsive and always helpful to us. Great stay!

Great house for our family -- my wife and I, our three adult children and their spouses, and one grandchild. The four bedrooms were great for us, and the kitchen was large enough for family meals. It might have been nice to have a few more comfy places to sit in the living room, but that was a very minor issue. The lcoation is great. It's not far from shops and Safeway, but feels very residential. It was easy to take short walks in the neighborhood, with magnificent views of the cliffs and towers, and trailheads for longer hikes were nearby. The "downtown" part of Sedona is about two miles away.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were huge and I could go on forever about the beds. They were so comfortable. We blew a fuse in the bathroom and they sent someone over right away to fix. It’s also so close to the mountains, amazing views! Out the front window we saw quail, deer, blue jays, and lizards. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Sedona is a magical place and staying at 15 Roundup made it even more magical. Great space with the most comfortable beds to rest in after every adventurous day. We were two families traveling together with 4 teenagers so having multiple king beds made it easier for them to share. We really liked this house! It was clean and cozy. Lots of dishes and towels. Excellent location: has a grocery store nearby and a Stupa a 15-minute walk from the house. Of the minor drawbacks, I can only say that we found unfinished towels in the washing machine, it was not difficult for us to finish it. And also the fact that we couldn't get an answer about the garbage for two days. But honestly, these are all small things. Otherwise, everything was fine, I would have returned to this house again. I recommend it!

Overall, excellent. It was a little odd that the entrance that's accessible by passcode was a doorway into one of the bedrooms. That made things kind of inconvenient. (There is a conventional front door to the living room, but there's no key/passcode to use it. So when we all left the house by the front door, one person had to stay behind, lock the door behind us, and then leave by way of the bedroom so they could lock the door). Also a little disappointed that the kitchen wasn't better stocked -- you couldn't have left us sugar for coffee? The Amazon deliveries were a little ... weird. Not a big deal, but weird. But, in general, this is a very nice place in a very good location.

This is a beautiful home inside & out with beautiful views from the front which we enjoyed each evening as the sun went down and a wonderful oasis in the back with the pool & spa - the awnings on the roof are great and really help keep the temperature and sun enjoyable. Wonderful visit to Sedona !!

House was perfect for my family of 4 (2teenager daughters). It was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was also warm enough to swim in each afternoon after hiking all morning. We enjoyed cooking dinner, playing games and watching movies in the evenings. The proximity of the hiking trails and town was super convenient. We went horseback riding and did the pink jeep tour too. My only suggestion would be to make the twin Murphy twin beds more comfortable. Probably good for little kids but not the best for teenagers/adults. Otherwise, I highly recommend!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 young adults). The view is amazing!!! The large windows of the living room are filled with the view of Thunder Mountain. The location in West Sedona was ideal as we avoided much of the crazy traffic in Uptown. The Safeway was close. Due to time of year, the weather didn't support us using the pool (aside for one son's Polar Plunge following his loss on a March Madness bet), but we had looked forward to using the small spa corner of the pool after our hikes. We had issues with the spa and were only able to use it once. The management group was initially very responsive, but the issues were not resolved. All in all, the house was wonderful and I would move in tomorrow!

This house is amazing! Will definitely be back to this house. Views, location , beds and sofa are so comfy. Third bedroom is really for kids only the beds are small. Great for 2 couples or a girls vacation. You will love this place! It’s a must stay.

The pictures of this home do not give it justice. This home is so beautiful and so comfortable. The views are amazing. This home has so many upgrades and amenities. It felt so close to all attractions. We felt so comfortable, we did not want to leave. The management group associated with this home was so professional and efficient in communication. They were more than accommodating to our groups' needs. I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone visiting Sedona.

Trillion dollar views, close to hiking areas and Peace Park. The kitchen is great to cook in, light filled house and perfect smaller pool for a dip. As the property is in West Sedona, the area is very quiet and about a 10 minute drive to the main "down town " area. Just rent it, you'll love your stay here.

The house was just as pictured and very comfortable. Pictures don't do justice to the views; absolutely stunning! The location was great for both short and long hiking options, all within walking distance. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and made great memories. Casago was very responsive to any needs we had starting with booking the house, all the way through to check out.

Beautiful house, fully stocked and pool was wonderful. We had to wheel the trash bin full of the previous tenants trash out to the curb the day we got there but it never got picked up- an animal got into it and spread trash all over the front yard. There was nowhere to put our trash for 3 days. It was 105 outside and everything was starting to smell. Otherwise, the house was perfect.

Great house and location. We arrived without any issues getting into the house and the house was immaculate. We had everything we needed available at the house. The owners thought of everything. The back patio with pool was great for relaxing during the day/early evening. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit out front and there was plenty of wood in the shed to the side of the house for fires every night. The neighbors were also great and gave us lots of recommendations in the local area for food and hiking. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone vacationing in Sedona.
