Inside, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is built for both relaxation and connection. Each bedroom is outfitted with luxury mattresses for true rest, and every room features a smart TV (streaming only), so you can unwind with your favorite shows no matter where you land. The living room comes alive with built-in Bose speakers, perfect for setting the mood, while the game room — complete with its own TV and an infinity gaming table — gives the whole group somewhere to gather in the evenings. Feeling active? Head to the private workout area, equipped with weights, a stationary bike, and yoga mats to keep your routine going even on vacation.
The heart of the home is the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, paired with a luxury dining area and a cozy breakfast table — ideal for everything from quick coffee to a full family meal. A spacious walk-in pantry and oversized laundry room add everyday convenience, and a 2-car garage keeps your vehicles protected.
Retreat to the master suite, a true escape featuring his-and-hers vanities, a jetted whirlpool tub, and a separate walk-in shower. House Rules
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. We're unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out — please plan travel accordingly.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Reservation holder must occupy the home for the full stay unless prior approval is given by Casago.
All guests must submit a driver's license and selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
Stays of 21+ days require a $500 utility deposit, collected via Airbnb or charged directly to the card on file once booking is confirmed.
Utility caps apply on stays of 21+ days. Overages will be charged to the card on file, with an Airbnb money request sent within 14 days of departure.
Casago provides a starter supply of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.
Last-minute reservations, and those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area, are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee.
Pet-friendly homes: guest is liable for any pet-related damage. Pet approval varies by home.
No smoking, including marijuana and vape pens, inside or anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fee applies if smoke odor, visual evidence, or smoke is detected at checkout.
No large gatherings or parties.
No mailbox access provided.
Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
All homes are inspected every 30 days for filter/battery changes and lock servicing. Thank you for your cooperation.
