This was a great stay in Oak Creek not far from busy Sedona and all area hikes and scenic parks etc. The condo was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect; walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. The condo had great views from the patio. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area was lovely. We had a bit of trouble finding our building in the complex in the dark but the owners were very responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the Sedona area.

The only thing missing were wine glasses and a TV in the bedroom. It also would’ve been nice to have luggage racks or more furniture in the bedroom to set your suitcases on. I appreciated the vanity area and the location was convenient to grocery store, restaurants, and trails.

Staying in the Village of Oak Creek was the way to go. It's surrounded by beauty, but a much more chill experience than crowded Sedona. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and hiking trails. It was quiet and comfortable.

This place was perfect, even nicer than pictured. It’s in a great area. We walked out the back patio to the local grocery store. The grounds and pool are meticulous. The pool temp was good even in early October. The king size bed and sofa bed (for a sofa bed) were super comfortable. We had plenty of towels. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and with Vacasa as a host. This place was a great deal and close to all the hikes we wanted to do in Sedona.

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
