Our stay in Oak Village was great. This went above our expectations and is better than pictured! Very clean. Communications were quick. Getting in using the access code was also easy. The apartment was well priced and had everything we needed for our stay and then some. It was well stocked with items we may need. It seemed like someone actually had taken the time to stay there and make it a place others can use long term. Towels were of quality. Plenty of dishes. Tons of things for cooking meals there. Hooks and mirrors throughout and those are the little things that make the space functional and easier to stay in. It was near a bunch of restaurants that you could walk to and in a safe area. Not too far of a drive from west Sedona either. Had access to the complex pool and hot tub which were great. Can’t wait to come back.

This place was great to stay at! It was close to a lot of things to do in Sedona, but away enough to not deal with such heavy traffic (especially during spring break). It felt like a home away from a home and was very welcoming! Host was very responsive as well!

Great location, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue we had was that both showers change temperature from hot to cold over and over. This happened for every shower no matter how long or short or what time of day.

We came to Sedona to do some hiking. This condo in Oak Creek is located just five minutes away from Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock trails. There are several restaurants, grocery stores and coffee places with them 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed jacuzzi and pool in the afternoons. We ate breakfast in the condo and found it sufficiently equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. We hope to be able to rent it again when visiting Sedona.

Great place to stay. Oak Creek Village is not inundated with tourists like Sedona. It was very quiet and immaculately clean. Everything was just as we expected. We found a grocery right across the street to pick up any items we might need. Had a small problem with the door code as there are two key code items -- one on the door (the correct one) and also a lock box like realtors use. The door is the correct one to use but you have to be fast -- key in the code within 6 seconds. Called Vacasa and they helped us get in on arrival. After that it was easy to access and lock on departure. Overall a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful home with wonderful accommodations that. It was truly like a home away from home. It is in a wonderful location away, walking distance to grocery, yoga, resturaunts, and hikes. Away from all business and hustle and bustle of Sedona.

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
