This was a lovely place and was just as described. It was comfortable with a lovely primary suite. We loved the convenient location, it was close to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We would stay here again when in Tucson!

This home was exceptional. I traveled with child and the space was perfect for the both of us. The door was a little tricky to find but it made sense once I found it. The neighborhood is so ridiculously quiet I wasn’t sure there was even neighbors, that was more than fine with me. There a problem with the master bathroom sink making a noise everytime the a/c turns on. I just closed the door to deal with that, wasn’t a big deal honestly. I still got some amazing rest. The a/c makes the air so crisp in the home, loved that. Especially in this Arizona heat. My absolute favorite part is the trail nearby as well as the shopping plaza nearby, so so convenient and lovely.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable few days. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome which made my trip even better. The location was perfect—conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore. Beautiful place for us to stay during our trip. We’re considering moving to Arizona. St. Philips Plaza was right next door and had a farmers market which was very convenient along with their walking trails.

Nice condo near restaurants and outdoor activities. The condo was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Great place to relax! Unfortunately, we were not able to access the pool until our last night. Communication with vacasa’s was good, yet they had to contact the local operations manager to handle any issues on-site. That took about 20 hours to get a response. There isn’t anyone onsite to help with any immediate issues at the condo. Overall, our stay was enjoyable! Beautiful condo in Tucson.

We absolutely loved the condo!! The location was so convenient to the bike path (our reason for coming to Tucson) and St Philip’s Plaza was awesome for meeting up with friends. We were able to walk to many of the restaurants (which was a bonus). The parking at the condo was also super convenient!

The photos make it seem like one of the rooms had a bunk bed and was in a separate office room without a door. So we were pleasantly surprised that it was a full second bedroom. There was a really big bathroom connected to the walk in closet. Everything was great and clean. Great deal!

This condo is in a great location. Access to restaurants, shops, the weekend market and other fun activities is easily accessible/walkable. We did read other reviews stating that basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, etc. would need to be purchased if you are staying for more than a day or two as only a small amount is given. Not a big deal. We just purchased these items when we went grocery shopping. The one thing we were disappointed with was the pool area. This isn’t the fault of the condo management team, however it should be known when staying here if you are planning to use the pool, there are very few pool chairs and several of the those chairs were broke. Also, the grounds team in charge of cleaning the garbage and the bathrooms at the pool only come once a week (at the time we stayed) which was not enough at all. The garbage cans were overflowing and the bathrooms were in need of cleaning. That being said…I would stay here again.

I highly recommend this property. The location was great - it was adjacent to the bike / walking trail, felt very safe, was walking distance to St Phillips Plaza which has coffee shops, a wine bar, restaurants, live music and more. The location is about 10- 15 minutes to U of A, hikes, and downtown. The property was as described, very clean and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the basics. Vacasa only supplies a “starter package” of toiletries and kitchen supplies. This include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a few laundry detergent pods, small bars of soap, and hotel size shampoo. I would be happy to stay here again.

This place was excellent from the check in, communication, cleanliness and super comfortable beds! We walked to restaurants, walked on walking paths and enjoyed the views of the Catalina Mountains. We highly recommend this beautiful Vacasa property!
