We enjoyed being in walking distance from a few restaurants. Also enjoyed the easy access to the park trail. Easy to get around from that location.

While it was expensive, it was the place I needed since I’m looking to buy a home in the area. The keys/instructions were clear, although the permanent resident yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot. Please let people know that the assigned parking is #85. I’d just arrived and I was scared when that lady attacked me by yelling at me. Otherwise- all was awesome. Thank you.

The condo was comfortable, clean and pretty roomy. The kitchen was equipped enough to do some basic cooking. It was great to have a washer/dryer. The condo is a little dark - the only window in the living room is under the stairs going up to the 2nd floor - so the condo gets very little natural light. The location was great - so close to the walking path along the Rillito River and to the restaurants in St. Phillip’s plaza - and a short drive to downtown and Sabino Canyon. We enjoyed sitting by the pool - but the water was too cold for us to swim. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a functioning grill even though it was listed in the description. There is a grill by the pool - but it looks like it hasn’t worked in years - there’s no rack and no propane and the lid is falling off its hinges.

Terrific condo-spotlessly clean, modern furnishings and well appointed. Since this is rented by a company rather than person, you are dealing with an intermediary who doesn't have direct knowledge of the unit. They are very quick to respond and try to be helpful, but it took several days to get us a working key to the pool--something a local owner could have resolved right away. The pool area has a very nice hot tub. The location, right next to St. Phillips Plaza and the loop trail could not be better.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Very clean, modern and new condo that is right on the river walk where we took daily walks to St Phillips plaza next door. Would 100% recommend!!

This place was so great to stay at. It was clean, affordable, and in a great area. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Lovely culture and area to explore. The only thing was that it was hard to find, this neighborhood is specifically newly developed and didn’t show up on maps. Also, the floors were not as clean as I would’ve hoped. There was dog hair on the floor in the bathroom as well as the living room. We don’t own a dog, so we know this wasn’t from us. Other than these two issues, the place was very clean and advertised correctly. Definitely worth a visit!

Very peaceful and exactly as described. Nice location and suited our needs. St Phillips plaza right next door. Bike rentals available at the plaza and a surprise weekend treat of a farmers market!

Comfortable and enjoyable condo ! The closet space is “ over the top”. Bed was super comfy; the sofa sleeper was very comfy as well . Great location with abundant restaurants, grocery and shopping .

Unit is located right on bike/running trail that goes throughout Tucson. It is in a condo community and the only issue not directly owner's fault is the community barbecue grill did not work (not hooked up to a gas tank). Unit had full set of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. so cooking wasn't a problem.

The interior if the condo is beautiful and has everything one would need. in some cases, even more than a normal couple would need (such as 3 TVs). The instructions for access were clear and everything was very clean. There is a small mall at walking distance that has a few restaurants. Overall it was a great experience.
