Great location and easy to find. Very well supplied kitchen, linens, etc. Exceptionally clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors. TV’s in each room and strong wi-if signal. Very comfortable mattresses. There is a bar nearby that plays live music in the evening, but it didn’t bother us.

Spacious, clean condo near beautiful Sabino Canyon! Host provided very clear check-in instructions and was responsive. The condo is near a restaurant with live music, but it was quiet before 10 on a weekend. We loved it! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely condo in great area. We felt safe and comfortable and being close to the pool was a plus. Free music from Three Canyons on the weekends was nice. TVs and appliances were great. Beds comfortable. We would go again! Two suggestions: a bed side light in the Master and a swiffer or the like to dust the floors. We had a great time!

The condo was in a great location. The unit was well stocked with everything we would need. Especially the kitchen. It was nice to have a starter pack of coffee for the first morning. Highly recommend this place. Had an awesome view of the mountains that you could see from the pool and hot tub. Very clean and had everything we needed. I was able to spend family time while visiting my Airman instead of being in a hotel. He kitchen was fully equipped along with nice washer and dryers to get all of our clothes clean before our drive home. Will definitely be back.

This unit was perfect. Located on a corner, we were able to conveniently access the back porch and front door from the parking lot. It was very close to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, which was great for our child. A mix of decorative gravel and well-watered green grassy areas provided more than enough interesting places for our pup to sniff and potty. The bags provided in the unit and outside were very handy and it was evident that residents and visitors alike cared enough to clean up after their four-legged friends, which made the adventures pleasant. Everyone we encountered in the complex was very nice and many stopped to chat about our dog or stay; everyone keeping a respectful distance given the pandemic. We were just there for a week, but truly felt welcomed by the neighbors. Safety and cleanliness of the complex is a standard; and it is conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. The unit backs up to Three Canyon Beer Garden, so we were able to enjoy live music from the back porch on weekend evenings (perfect during a pandemic!). The design of the units prevents from sharing too many walls, so we never heard our neighbors. Additionally, the kitchen in the unit was very generously stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils; also nice since we were eating in so much given the circumstances. Our small family and dog very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Great place to stay. Easy access on ground floor, spacious with good kitchen amenities and spacious rooms/bathrooms. The only downside was the loud beer garden next door but they did wrap up most of the music by 10 pm.

This place was great. Very clean and accommodations were fine. One thing to note, there is a wine and beer bar literally a stones throw away and every Friday and Saturday night they have live music until about 10pm. Luckily our infant slept in the room furthest from the sound so it wasn’t a issue but I could see how this might get annoying for someone staying there and not knowing to expect this. Other then that, it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
