We just loved this house! The mountain views from nearly every room in the house are amazing, particularly at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen has almost every appliance you can think of, from a crockpot to a nespresso machine to a stand mixer. The washer and drier appeared to be brand new and were so nice to have for our 2 week stay. The neighborhood is super quiet, so it was nice to sit out on the deck/patio at any time of day or night. The hot tub was always at an appropriate temperature to use after a long day of hiking - just pull the top back and get in! The Wifi was good and the main area TV was easy to use. The closets had many hangers and the beds were very comfortable.

The place was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was also great, being only 5 min drive from the Sabino Canyon recreation area.

Everything about our stay met our expectations. We used all three bedrooms and they matched the descriptions. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. The views of the Catalina mountains were spectacular; we enjoyed them with our morning coffee out on the patio. We really enjoyed the artistic touches throughout the home. We enjoyed our stay in September, although it was unseasonably hot. While the pool should have been a wonderful respite from the heat, it was instead, absolutely freezing and the umbrella was broken. Only the broken umbrella was within the home owner’s control however. The rest of the house was

Our stay was fantastic! The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, which made for a peaceful and scenic gateway. Amazing views of the mountains and surrounding desert. Good size, comfortable beds and the cleanest pool we’ve seen yet at an Airbnb. Kitchen had the essentials for cooking and even baking. There was a gas grill outside but we didn’t use it. The pool could use some shade but also because of that the water temperature was PERFECT! Looking forward to stay again in the future.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view. This place is nice and very well kept inside and out. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Tucson. It's a great value for the price! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My family stayed here over our Spring Break vacation the first week of March. The house was exactly as we had seen online and hoped. Great size, wonderful views, quiet location, and a great hot tub. We spent almost all of our vacation hitting local hiking trails and coming back to this house with the pool and the hot tub was welcome relief for tired/sore legs and feet.

The property in reality was just as advertised in VRBO site. Incredible views, lovely and quiet setting. Well equipped kitchen. Furnishings very Mid-Century modern but quite comfortable. Nice stargazing from patio, terrace and spa. We will return. We didn’t want to leave. ;)

This place is so relaxing and was a sanctuary. The perfect spot to relax and unwind. I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool the most. I’m from Florida so we like our oceans and pools. The sun deck was beautiful, you could see Sabina canyon. Last night i got to see family of coyotes , they were howling , must have been a full moon. ) I highly recommend this vacation rental. The bed was super soft. I loved that I was able to cook on property. I took very good care of the house as if it was my own. God bless! The whole house was amazing.

Convenient location with privacy. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, resulted in an enjoyable stay. Had set this place up as a common meeting ground for people that hadn't seen each other in years. We were able to spend valuable time together catching up without worrying about disturbing others.

Our family stayed during college drop off week. The house was a great place to relax with our daughter before she heads off to college. We really enjoyed the pool after a hot day out. Another plus was that the kitchen was really well stocked, we like to eat at home and we had everything needed to cook our meals.

My family of 5, including 2 kids and my mother, really enjoyed staying at Serenity Awaits! We're from Hawaii and someone asked me, "Where does one go when already living in paradise?" My new answer: "Serenity Awaits in Tucson!" This is a beautiful home - clean, well-kept, simple layout, tastefully yet minimally and essentially decorated and furnished (which I like because although I know I'm at someone's house, during the time we're there, I want to feel like it's ours). My husband and I still had to work during this trip, but we couldn't complain. My husband used the office/workout room and connected his laptop to the 34-inch curved monitor, which he now wants to get for himself. I naturally get up early, so I worked at the dining room table and watched the sunrise. My mother enjoyed watching a documentary on the Beatles in the living room and my kids VERY MUCH enjoyed having the pool to themselves after having been at a couple of other hotels on this trip. The pool was a nice size and clean. My older son actually improved his freestyle swim stroke a lot being able to go back and forth and not have to worry about getting in other people's way or them being in his. Smart how there is a side door to the bathroom for easy access when you're done with the pool so you don't have to walk through the house to get there. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the city and looking at the night sky. Perhaps if we were there during the fall or at least a cooler...

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. It doesn’t feel like a full time rental, so the kitchen has real gear, everything you need… the beds actually feel comfortable… and the furniture makes it feel like an actual home. The views are amazing. The hot tub and pool are wonderful and very clean. Great place.

What a delight of a place! My spouse and I and my 89-year-old mother very much enjoyed staying for two weeks in this sweet rental 5 min from Sabino Canyon. There were multiple comfortable spaces for relaxing, inside and out, all with world-class views of the Santa Catalina Mountains (spouse hot-tubbed daily). Every room was very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen is better equipped than our own, with at least four ways to make coffee (we tried them all!) and a drawer of spices. We enjoyed the paintings (some by our host?) and the big screen for sports and movies. We birded from the patio, heard coyotes, and watched deer hoof it down the driveway. Saw gorgeous sunrises and stars. Hiked daily in Sabino. Visited nearby galleries (DeGrazia!) and restaurants (El Charro!). Slept well on good beds. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at this house, which was lovely and quiet. The mountain views and sunrises were spectacular. Unfortunately we could not swim because the weather and water were so cool, but the hot tub was a big hit with our young adult children. The kitchen was fully equipped and the mattresses on the beds were extremely comfortable. I got a lot of credit for finding such a nice place, which really says it all.

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The bed in the primary bedroom was quite comfortable. We enjoyed being able to wake up to the sunrise over the mountains to the east through the large slider glass door just a step or two from the bed. The oversized, stone bottom shower was perfect after our evening stargazing and morning sunrise viewing from the hot tub which was accessible through the primary bedroom as well. The pool was very refreshing although a bit chilly due to the time of year of our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all things necessary for us to do some baking and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The live edge, wooden table in the dining room was beautiful and contrasted nicely with the spectacular views outside the two window-filled walls of the dining area. There was ample space to lounge around both inside and out the home. The terrace outside the dining room was perfect for brunch in the morning. Some extra nice touches were the abundance of towels and extra bedding. This home was perfect for a couples getaway but also large enough for our whole family if we had chosen to do so. The neighbors were very sweet and even offered to take our photo outside the home for a keepsake as this was our 31st wedding anniversary retreat. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.
