Beautiful contemporary home with gorgeous views, private pool, & gas grill

Before staying at this AIRBNB i swore i would never stay at one again because of bad experiences. This AIRBNB restored my faith in using them again. This home is beautifully decorated and honestly I didnt want to leave. You will not be disappointed staying here. It's very, very clean and the decorations are top tier. The artwork is PRICELESS.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this house. The house is gorgeous, with its interesting artwork, high ceilings and great layout. The pool area is inviting and has a nice secluded feel to it. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient. We hope to come back again!

This was a central hub of relaxation as we spent time visiting our parents each day. We are able to unwind in the beautiful pool, lounge in the comfortable living area and the beds! We all got great sleep…the artwork and table books were a bonus treat. The kitchen fully stocked-we were able to entertain and cook meals as we would at home. It’s a stay we will never forget.

We loved the place from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Wonderfully appointed and clean. The patio in the mornings and evenings was fantastic and the pool was incredibly refreshing after a rigorous hike in the heat. Very walkable neighborhood. Great local restaurants and convenient grocery options. We will return.

This beautiful home in the Tucson area definitely provides the most relaxing and comfortable vacation. The home is absolutely filled with gorgeous artwork and very comfortable furniture and beds. The patio and pool area are a wonderful way to spend a lazy morning or a lovely sunset. Kitchen is very well equipped, and the appliances are well kept. One note, the pool is not heated, so no swimming except in the heat of the summer!

We had an amazing stay here. Communication was great. The house was very accommodating. The pool was not heated, was the only disappointing part as we were looking forward to swimming and escaping the cold. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this stay. I had to give my Airbnb up to someone else due to cancelation policy. They said the place was great, very beautiful decor, pool was awesome. I had to technically cancel myself going due to an illness. Just a few days after I booked it. It was too close to check in, so they were not open to moving my reservation. I am a super host, I have three airbnbs, I get it to a degree. But they have an insane amount of availability. No one staying before or after and pretty much open the next couple of months. No one was booking it (summer months). I definitely treat my guest a little bit more like people versus just a paycheck. This is managed by Vacasa, so they don’t have much ability to react with logic, just policy. All about what experience you are looking for. But again, place was great per my family who stayed.

The house was very beautiful, modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils. The swimming pool was clean, nice, and inviting. Several birds showed up on the pretty shrubs in the yard daily to sing their hearts out. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in this home. Plenty of room for 2 couples and visits from our Marana based daughter and her baby. We tended to spend any time at the home outside on the patio. It is lovely, and the weather was perfect! We hope to stay again on our next grand baby visit!

This is certainly one of the better places we've rented and we highly recommend it. It's a roomy house with comfortable furniture, very tastefully decorated with travel mementos of the owners plus their collected artwork. Probably not a good place to bring little kids due to the artwork however. Other than some coyotes howling at night, it's very quiet. We were hesitant about staying so far away from Tucson, but the roads up there are wide and without a lot of traffic so you can get places fairly quickly.

Property was as advertised. quiet and secluded neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The location was excellent for us visiting family in Oro Valley and only a half hour from Tucson. The outdoor space was very relaxing, though would have loved a heated pool, as it is chilly at night. Will stay again next time we're in town.

We found the property well matched the photos and description. The artwork was plentiful and tasteful - a real bonus that offered a bit of discovery each day. The kitchen included numerous pans and utensils. The home was clean and the furniture and beds comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept and offered nearby hiking options. Beautiful home. Spacious and Clean. Only negatives would be with property management company. No tissues. Not enough hangers and when a few more requested were told we couldn't have any. cheap amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, smallest bar of soap provided. Faucet in tub/shower of spare bedroom broken. Cookware could use some updating. No stereo or blue tooth device for music ( brought our own). Despite these little things the home is quite lovely, comfortable and well decorated. Owners clearly have pride in their home. Would go back, but know we need our own toiletries.

The outside / pool area was fabulous. The inside was equally matched. It was obviously owned by people who took a lot of care with its furnishings. They are very well travelled people with paintings / ornaments and books from all over the world. There was always knew to look at. We really enjoyed staying at Fallen Shadows and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Great house tucked away just north of Tucson. East access to the interstate and Tucson, but felt like a private getaway. I would highly recommend staying here! The house was just as depicted, several amenities and a very comfortable stay.

This is a lovely quiet home that is filled with beautiful art and comfortable furniture. The lay out is wonderful, the pool and patio are wonderful. We had 90 degree days so the pool was a bracing respite but on cooler days, it would be too cold(not heated) . Activities we enjoyed were hiking nearby, golfing, and of course the amazing Desert Museum and a hidden gem, the Tucson Desert Art Museum. The beauty of the desert is evident in the peaceful backyard of this home—go enjoy it!

Great house. Very contemporary and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if pool was heated. Was ok during day but too cold to swim at night. Decorations are very eclectic and lovely. A tv in second bedroom would have been nice. Great porch with fan and sun shades to get out of sun. Safe gated community. Good for walking. Would definitely stay again.

The home was completely lovely! Good amenities and lovely neighborhood. Dove Mountain is a great area with lots of walking paths and biking. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in Tucson please know it is about 30 minutes to get back to the city/university. That wasn’t an issue for us at all. Also the Ritz-Carleton is just down the road and a great place to go for a meal/drink/spa day.

The rental is beautiful. We checked in and it had not been cleaned. Vacasa staff requested we get a hotel and check in next day. That was not possible so we waited 2 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Which made checkin at 7 pm. They did offer to buy our dinner while we waited.

A fabulous property in the Dove Mountain area of Marana. We love coming here for the quiet, views, and quick access to a multitude of hiking and walking trails. With the huge windows, soaring ceilings and modern, tasteful decor, this property made the experience even more enjoyable. We appreciated the high-end, well-equipped kitchen. Top quality beds and bedding were wonderful, and the beautiful outdoor space a real bonus. Highly recommend this property.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Not only was it spotless clean, every room is beautifully decorated we loved the colorful artwork on the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed, and more. It even had salt and pepper - a very basic item that other properties we've rented from didn't have. We spent all our time on the patio. The covered gazebo with automatic dropdown sun shades was THE place to be to escape the sun and still enjoy the outdoors. It was great to jump into the pool after playing a round a golf. The perfect temperature and so refreshing!! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful homes with us.

Loved our stay here, a very nice property in a quite subdivision. House is very well appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The only complaint is the same as everyone else and that the pool is not heated and basically unusable. The owner should consider removing this as an amenity or changing it to a water feature.

This home was better than described. The photos captured everything but was way better in person. The backyard was amazing and we enjoyed ever day in the pool. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and home was very spacious. The backyard patio with remote screens really helped keep the heat out during the day. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We used the outside BBQ a lot which was really nice to have. The cleanliness of the home and pool were outstanding. Our only recommendation would be to check switches that do not work and when we questioned the depth of the pool prior to booking the Property Manager indicated it was 5 1/2 t 6 feet deep which is inaccurate. I would expect them to give proper information when asked. If they don't know they should have contacted the owners for correct information. We will be back to this lovely home.

We were in town from Austin to see my parents and stay home away from home. Your space was perfect for that. The property manager was responsive and the home was better than expected. Absolutely loved the beautiful art work, the light in the house was amazing, and very friendly neighbors were on our morning walks. We grilled and enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen. The pool was the perfect break from the desert heat.

We enjoyed our stay for 1 week. The neighborhood was very quiet. The grocery store was just down the street. We cycled the surrounding areas daily. House was well equipped. We loved the collection of interesting books they had in the house. Very comfortable furniture and king size bed. Our biggest complaint was the pool was so cold. It is not heated and even with the temps in the high 90's the water was just bearable. We did have a very nice stay!

This house is so beautiful and comfortable! Large smart TV allowed me to watch Netflix rather than using cable like at most hotels. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. I wasn’t expecting to be able to park in the garage in my truck with a 6 ft bed but it fit! So that was a cool bonus. Pool was great, especially for kids. Be aware that it is very shallow though, probably less than 5 feet in the deepest part. Still loved it!

This home is exceptional in appearance. It was wonderful to relax in the home and enjoy all the nice appointments. The quality of the furnishings was modern , comfortable and new. There was amble equipment in the kitchen to cook with and set the table We did have to get help with the barbecue, which must not have been connected. There was a wonderful tv in the great room, but directions to use would really make things easier. There many valuable decorations around the house and we were careful, but I would suggest them to be put away. We are very responsible with others homes,but I’m not so sure all renters are that way. One kitchen item that could be added, would be some carving knives. We would love to rent here again , especially if a monthly rental would be available. Exceptional Home.

The absolute beat stay we have ever had. Better weather would have made it perfect. Such a beautiful home, so enjoyable. Super clean, absolute great accommodations. Perfection in so many ways. Dove Mountain Brewing an added bonus around the corner. The BEST
