We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. Only thing I would suggest is clear instructions posted for check out and instructions for hot tub, etc… My questions were answered quickly but what seemed like AI answers were a little frustrating. Follow up by an actual person during business hours were quick to follow. No complaints.

Great location. Very clean and was well equipped, comfortable bed, and was surprisingly quiet being in a neighborhood with close neighbors.

This house lacked nothing! Very complete kitchen and everything was first-class from silverware to patio furniture. This home was furnished for an owner, not a renter as far as quality is concerned. There was ample supply of needed items such as dishwashing soap and even washing machine detergent. I was most impressed and would definitely rent again. Great location.

The home is tastefully decorated throughout. The main living area has a nice open floor plan, which is great for entertaining guests. We found the furniture to be very comfortable for lounging in while watching the large screen TV. The house has a great layout separating the master suite from the other bedrooms for privacy. The only thing I wasn’t really fond of was the pebble floor in the master shower. While it was beautiful, I found the pebbles to be very uncomfortable on the bottom of my feet while showering. Something a shower mat would have easily taken care of. Overall though, a gorgeous home that I will definitely be renting again when I’m visiting the area!

My sister came into town & decided to have a relaxing weekend. The house was amazing and clean! Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. The patio furniture was very comfortable for us to sit after a nice swim or drinking tea in the morning.

Everything was awesome. Im not sure that the pool skimmer was working properly - Minor complaint but something to have looked at. Plenty of dead bugs floating but the skimmer basket never had bug in it

We shared this space with family and it was perfect! When I’m on vacation I love to cook and this spot had one of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve encountered at a rental. Plus the massive island/breakfast bar makes setting up for burgers/potluck easy. If you can, go to the house first before the store because a lot of basics are stocked already, as well as sunscreen. We had a great time enjoying the pool, hot tub and fire pit. If you do grill and stay before daylight savings time, there’s no light over the grill which makes it hard to see what you’re doing (the grill has hot spots - light is necessary!) - so try to grill early. The master bedroom/bath is huge, super clean/tidy, nice TV - it was perfect for a lounging, chill vacation. It’s also close to Catalina State park which is a plus if you like to get outside and do more than lounge by the pool :) hot tip: wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains! There’s a great view.

We stayed for five nights, exploring the Tucson area from this base. This house was perfect for our needs, a bit big perhaps as there were only two of us--the house has three good sized bedrooms that would have easily accommodated six. We did not use the pool or the hot tub, as the January weather was a bit cool. However, we did lounge by the pool for a couple afternoons, getting some sun before heading back to single-digit MN weather. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

What a great stay for our party of 4. Loved using the fireplace on cold mornings. The back patio is a great space to relax and has a terrific Mountain View. Would definitely rent again!

The house was a great size for hosting us + 2 local grandparents for several meals. Clean, functional kitchen with gas. Paid the extra for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it, even in December with overnight lows in the 40’s, it heated efficiently without running a ton. Quiet neighborhood; definitely a family street. Convenient to All Seasons (Retirement) and Oro Valley RMC.
