I asked a neighbor where to find the walking path and it was just to the right of the pool through a gate and within five minutes you’re in the beautiful Philip Plaza with a juice bar, a bakery, fresh pizza for dinner. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub. It’s a super safe area and we love the proximity to UFA and Trader Joe’s.

This Airbnb was perfect for me, my husband, and our two kids. It was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we’re used to having at home. The location was ideal, and it was very quiet at night. The air conditioning and water pressure were excellent! I would absolutely recommend staying here, and when I return to visit family in Arizona, I’ll definitely be booking this place again.

Overall this is a nice and well maintained property. It is directly on the bike trail with easy access through locked gates. (Keys to gates provided with the condo.) This gives you easy access to long walks as well as a quick path to local stores and restaurants. The mattresses are quite firm, so may keep that in mind depending upon sleep preferences. Only other minor concern is that pulling out onto East River Road can be challenging as it is a very busy street. The condo is located within 20 minutes of Sabino Canyon which has some amazing hiking trails.

Such a comfortable stay here in Tucson at this condo. The condo literally had everything that you needed - all the pots, pans, cutlery, and small appliances. The view was incredible from walking outside. There is a cute market across the parking lot. The condo is designed so well, the decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable. I have only positive things to say here for this stay.

Ditto many of the positive comments in other reviews plus folowing are some critiques & suggestions... PROS: Very responsive customer service (via phone and text.) Helped us with various questions, including our request for early checkin and with wifi login. Appreciated complimentary bottles of water chilling in the fridge (although would prefer alternatives to plastic bottles.) Nice firm beds, good linens, plenty of towels for bath and pool. LOCATION: We chose this rental due to close walking proximity to neaby location where others in our party were staying. The gate to access the pedestrian path to walk to them was locked. Fortunately, we found the gate key on a lanyard hanging inside condo by the front door. PARKING: The space we were directed to right outside was sometimes taken. We assumed we could park in others spaces and did so, ideally one of the limited number which were shaded. NOISE: Recommend bringing ear plugs. During our stay, we heard noise from adjacent units next door and above. On Friday night (11pm-1am) we heard a person groaning on and off, heavy foot steps, and loud water sounds (toilet flushing, bathtub draining?) Saturday night (9:30pm) we heard loud vacuuming. SUGGESTIONS: Squeaky doors oiled Filtered water option (faucet or Britta?) Semi-sheer privacy curtains Dimmer switches for lights Note: We basically only slept here - didn't cook, do laundry, turn on TV, etc. - so nothing to report about those options.

Great location! Short walk via the keyed gate by the pool to the river walk leading to shops and good restaurants at St. Philip's Plaza, and Trader Joe's across the river. Loved the southwest décor, especially the wall opposite the entry. Well-stocked kitchen and nice bath amenities, although a step stool would be helpful to reach the storage containers above the microwave and the living room fan controls. Especially appreciated the laundry detergent, lots of hangers and warm throws! Memory foam beds helped my back. There's a nice view of the Santa Catalina mountains through the front windows. The turntable and LPs were a fun addition, and there are games, and a couple of jigsaw puzzles I left. I enjoyed my stay!

Easily the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless clean and very well stocked. Bathrooms were super nice and huge showers. Great closet space. Everything was brand new (2022-23) and made it feel like we were the first ones to even step foot in the place! All appliances super clean/new/fancy. Great new coffee maker for pods and normal drip coffee. Ninja blender. Great washer/dryer. You name it. Great for a long-term rental because you have everything you need. The area is very safe/tucked behind a set of apartments so it feels private, neighbors are friendly, there is a Ring cam on the door--it felt very safe and MUCH safer than other parts of town we have stayed before. Easy parking right out front. Easy walk to River Walk. Super cute farmers market next door on the weekends at St Philips Plaza. Cannot speak highly enough! Even had a record player with great records stocked! Only issue: if you do not like firm beds, the beds are a kind of memory foam/very hard.

My daughters (5 & 7) and I stayed in Tucson for 5 days/4 nights during their Spring Break to complete their Global Entry interviews in Nogales. This condo was a perfect size for us. The weather was in the 90’s during our stay and my daughters are water babies so we took advantage of the pool everyday during our stay. We also enjoyed playing board games a couple nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the purpose of our trip to Tucson.
