Lovely location!! Lovely home and backyard as described!! Our stay was short and would stay again!! Bikes and E-bikes were there but no instructions for access were present, which was a bummer for our family, but overall, we still enjoyed our stay and quick access to other activities we had planned!! Our family of 4 fit perfectly in this home. At first we were a tad worried about it only being a two bedroom home but we were surprised by the amount of floor space allowing us all to stretch out and relax. There were very clear instructions posted throughout the house as well as a responsive host for those unplanned situations. We loved the sunset view from the backyard and the option to use the bikes for nearby trail riding. The floors could use a good deep cleaning but other than that, everything was in place and easy to find. Hot tubs seats 4 people and had a wonderful view for night star gazing! The only con of this home was having to type in a 10 digit entry code each time. We had to pull out phones out each time we forgot something in the house or had to carry items in making it more difficult. One wrong digit and you were starting over. We can’t wait to return to Oro Valley to continue exploring the surrounding area. Our family would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Oro Valley! The location was perfect—nice, quiet, and private, which made it ideal for a relaxing getaway with my wife and toddler. The house was very clean and clearly well cared for. One of our favorite parts was spending time on the back porch in the hot tub, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful view. The only very minor issue was that there were no coffee filters, but everything else was spot on. 5/5 stars—we had a really great time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the CW Desert Oasis. The place was exactly as pictured described and was spotless. It was honestly the cleanest feeling AirBnB that I have stayed at and felt more like the hotels I stay at. They didn't have a list of things I needed to do for checkout besides locking the door which I loved. They had some additional rules that other AirBnBs don't have like only being able to have the amount of guests that the reservation was for, so for instance we couldn't have any people over for dinner if we wanted to. There was also noise rules but that's pretty equivalent to other places. Finally they had rules about not being able to use the garage, no street parking, and no dogs over 25 pounds allowed. Overall, I feel these downsides were worth it due to the cleanliness and easy checkout. I would stay here again as long as I didn't need to bring my large 90 pound dog with me.

This was a last minute change to booking, as our original booking was having maintenance issue, a/c not working. Vacasa was on top of finding a suitable substitute. Did not have much notice, less than24 hours. Vacasa prepared the substitute rental, and even provided an early check-in. The backyard had excess furniture but we worked around that.

  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
