Cute one bedroom unit to the side of the main house. With the entrance from the side street, it felt separate and private. Very clean. Helpful little things provided like a small cooler & ice packs for our day outings. Convenient location with grocery stores & shops nearby. Will look to see if it is available on our next trip to Tucson.

We liked the location because we could bike to the Loop and on other roads nearby. it was close to saguaro national park and trails in the park off of broadway. grocery stores were close. very pleasant place. we also appreciated the laundry.

We very much enjoyed the area and all the art galleries which was our main reason for the visit. Absolutely would stay there again if in Tucson. 5 stars!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Very comfortable. Great beds and bedding. Wonderful large shower. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. We loved the proximity to East Saguaro National Park where we went to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night. We took many day trips to Bisbee, Tombstone, Chiricahua National Monument, Saguaro NP, and downtown Tucson. Comfortable place to watch TV at night. We went out to eat most nights but the kitchenette was also very nicely equipped. If we go back to Tucson we would definitely stay here again!!

My kids and I enjoyed staying here for five days and visiting my sister's family. This property had everything we could hope for: a well-equipped kitchen (including an Instapot!), Tupperware, excellent knives, and can openers. We immediately felt at home and could have seen ourselves staying longer here. Wishing there was some way we could recycle bottles or compost our food waste. We absolutely enjoyed staying here!

Wonderful casita. On the East side of Tuscon, in quiet and charming part of town, minutes away from Saguaro Forest. Lovely accommodations. Highly recommend.

The pictures and the description are completely accurate. It was aspacious and clean 1 bdrm casita. The shower has great water pressure, and was hot. Plenty of towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My son loved playing outside in front. There are some trees and plants that provide some shade and also some space from the road. If we’re in Tucson again we would definitely stay here.

My husband, our dog, and I needed a place to stay while we finished up our move from Tucson. We were very busy with the details of the move and appreciated having this quiet, convenient and comfortable place to crash after days of work. Our hostess was available for questions and understanding. Amenties like laundry were really appreciated. We would stay here again.

Husband and I visited for ten days with the chihuahua. Had a great time. Location easy for all thing on south or east side of Tucson. Shared a wall with the owners but never heard them. Lovely place with a sweet owner. Would stay again.

Everything you’d want in a home away from home. Great little Guest House with complete privacy! Owner very helpful and available if needed. We were able to prepare a couple of meals, lunches & breakfast. Found a really great local place with awesome food & margaritas! Less than 4 miles away - we enjoyed it so much we went twice! (The Barnyard Crafthouse & Eatery) Close to stores, movie theater etc…only 25 min from the airport. Highly recommend!

Amenities were are describe. Had a nice fenced yard for our dogs to run around. Close to public parks and both the Estralla and Rincon Mountains. Owners are very friendly.

This is an attractive casita that was conveniently located. Deb was an attentive host, answering our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed staying here, and it was so much more comfortable than being in a motel for 7 nights. Deb was very accommodating to our airline woes. A great stay!

We love the eastside of Tucson and this location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the unit was. Very clean, comfy and host hospitable. Check in was easy peasy. We would highly recommend this southwestern gem and would certainly stay again!

We were impressed by this cute little rental - it met our expectations and exceeded them. It was nicely decorated with great amenities for our longer term stay. The rental was clean with easy access to laundry and a yard for our dogs. The owner was available and rapidly responsive to any issues. Highly recommend!

What a gem! A true home away from home. Owner has thought of everything you might want or need in a place to stay and topped it off with high end extras. Space is perfect - comfortable, private, quiet, spotless and sparkling clean inside and out. Look out a window and see wildlife but you're still super close to restaurants and entertainment. Last but not least, owner is stellar - helpful, friendly, quick with response time, and wonderful to work with. I'll be back!

The location suited our vacation plans, we were comfortable and felt safe. We both read a lot and could not find comfortable seating with adequate lighting (table lamps and comfortable seating in the living area would have helped and taller bedside tables raising the existing lamps would have made it easier to read in bed). Additional lighting in the kitchen and hallway would have been helpful (an under cabinet light would be perfect). In the bathroom we both enjoyed the shower pressure and volume but needed more counter space for all our stuff. Thank you Debra for making our vacation stay a positive experience.
