Tinderbox Kitchen

Tinderbox Kitchen

Tinderbox Kitchen is a longtime downtown favorite for seasonal American comfort food cooked with genuine care. The menu leans into approachable, well-made plates and a strong cocktail program, served in a warm, low-lit room that has become one of the town's go-to spots for a relaxed dinner out.

Next door, the attached Annex bar makes an easy landing spot for a drink before your table is ready or a nightcap afterward. Between the two, it is the sort of place locals return to across the seasons rather than only for a special occasion.

It is an easy choice on a night when you want something a step up from casual without any fuss. It is popular, so on weekends a reservation is the safe move — worth planning around from your Flagstaff rental.
