Casago manages short-term rentals across six Arizona markets, from the Valley floor to the White Mountains, with a local team in each one.
Casago Arizona manages short-term vacation rentals for homeowners in six markets across the state. We handle listings, guest communication, housekeeping, maintenance, rate strategy, permits, and owner reporting. You keep ownership and the decisions that matter. Every market has its own local team, so the people caring for your home are the people who live near it.
Each market runs on its own calendar and its own set of local rules, and each one has a team on the ground. Open the market your home sits in.

Central-corridor and East Valley homes, spring training season, and winter visitors who settle in for months at a time.

Old Town, the resort corridor, and North Scottsdale, where city rules and HOA rules can differ block to block.

Red rock views, registration requirements worth keeping current, and guests who plan spring and fall trips far ahead.

Foothills and barrio homes, university weekends, and a summer that stays cooler than the Valley floor.

Pine country at elevation, Grand Canyon and ski traffic, and homes that need genuine winter care.

Cabins and lake homes with a summer high season, when Valley families come up for the cool air.
Managing a rental well is mostly a run of small, unglamorous jobs done on time. We take those on, so you are not the one fielding a late-night question about the pool heater.
Listing and channel management. Your home stays current across the major booking channels and on our direct booking site, with photography, descriptions, and calendars maintained by our team.
Guest communication. Inquiries, booking questions, arrival details, and in-stay requests are answered by people who know the property and the area around it.
Housekeeping and inspections. Departure cleans, linens, restocking, and a real set of eyes inside the home between every stay.
Maintenance and vendors. Routine upkeep plus a local vendor bench for the things that cannot wait, from air conditioning in July to a furnace in January.
Rate strategy. Rates get reviewed against actual demand in your market and adjusted through the season, instead of being set once and left alone.
Permits and compliance. Short-term rental rules differ by city and by county across Arizona. We track what your home needs and keep it current.
Owner reporting. A clear monthly statement, and a person you can call when you want to talk it through.
Per 2025 and 2026 KeyData, a third-party analytics tool, Casago consistently outperforms market averages across the key revenue metrics. Here is what that means for your Arizona home.

The honest version: our markets run on different calendars. Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson fill through winter and spring, then quiet down in the heat of summer. Sedona peaks in spring and fall. Flagstaff and the White Mountains run the other direction, with summer and the ski months carrying the year.
A plan built for one of those calendars will underperform in the others. That is why we staff each market separately instead of running the whole state out of one office. The person inspecting your home lives near it. The person answering a guest late at night knows which road washes out in monsoon season.
You keep what matters to you: your own time in the home, the standard you want held, and how the property is presented. We bring the crews, the systems, and the hours.
The first conversation is an assessment, not a pitch. If your home is better served a different way, we will say so and you will have got a free read on your market either way.
Someone from the team that covers your market looks at the home, where it sits, and what you want out of it. You get an honest read on what it should earn and what would have to change to get there.
Rate strategy for your market's actual calendar, the guest you are aiming at, what the home needs before it lists, and what we would charge. In writing.
Photography, listing copy, channel setup, the registration and HOA check for your specific city or county, smart access fitted, and the cleaning and vendor schedule built.
Guests hosted, rates reviewed through the season, the home inspected between stays, and a monthly statement with a person attached to it.
Success stories
“I managed my rental myself for three years and thought I was doing fine. Then I saw the revenue increase in my first season with Casago — 30% higher while I spent zero time on management. My biggest regret is waiting so long to make the switch.”
“My previous management company treated my home like an afterthought. I'd wait days for responses to emails. With Casago, I have a local manager who actually picks up the phone. The communication alone is worth the switch — the revenue increase is just a bonus.”
“Buying my first investment property was nerve-wracking enough. I had no idea how to actually run it as a vacation rental. Casago walked me through everything — permits, furnishing, pricing, launch. They made what felt impossible feel easy. First year revenue exceeded projections by 15%.”
The first conversation is an assessment, not a pitch. We look at the home, the market it sits in, and what you want out of it, then tell you what we would do differently and whether it is worth changing anything at all.
Open your market below and send us the details there, so your enquiry goes straight to the team that covers your area rather than through a central desk.
We run the day-to-day work of hosting: listing and channel management, guest communication, housekeeping and inspections between stays, maintenance and vendor coordination, rate strategy through the season, permit and compliance tracking, and monthly owner reporting. You keep ownership, your own use of the home, and a say in how it is presented.
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff, and the White Mountains around Pinetop. Each market has its own local team, and each market page explains how we manage homes there.
Yes. Owner stays go on the calendar the same way a booking does. We ask for reasonable notice during peak weeks so we are not canceling on a guest, and the home is cleaned and reset around your visit.
Short-term rental requirements in Arizona are set city by city and county by county, and they change. We identify what your property needs, help get it registered, and track renewal dates so a lapse does not take your calendar offline. Rules also differ inside HOAs, which we check before listing.
The guest reaches our team directly, day or night. Routine issues go to our local crew. Anything urgent goes to a vendor we already work with in that market. You hear from us about anything that affects your home or your revenue, and you are not the one making calls at midnight.
Call or text (866) 365-2221, or send a note through our contact page. We will look at the home, the market it sits in, and what you want out of it, then tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. Some homes are better served by a different plan, and we will say so.
