This splendid property is made up of two separate retreats: a two-story main house and a separate guest house. As soon as you enter this gorgeous Victorian-style home, you will discover a craftsman style with a bright and open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room offering a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa and a sofa chair, and a large smart TV with an Xbox to keep you entertained and informed during your stay. Upstairs, you will find a lofted rec area and all three bedrooms. The lofted area enjoys gym equipment (dumbbells and an elliptical), a second smart TV with streaming, and numerous board games. These homes do have central air conditioning. There are also multiple fans to aid with hot days. For the winter, both homes do have central heat.
