Upstairs, you will find a lofted rec area and all three bedrooms. The lofted area enjoys gym equipment (dumbbells and an elliptical), a second smart TV with streaming, and numerous board games. The spacious primary suite boasts a seating area with chairs and sofas and an exquisite en suite bath with a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home away from home has a covered front porch and an open rear paver patio courtyard with an outdoor dining area and a shared gas grill. This home does have central air conditioning. There are also multiple fans to aid with hot days. For the winter, this home does have central heat.
