With a warm and inviting interior, a covered back patio with a BBQ, and a beautifully landscaped fenced backyard, this comfortable and welcoming retreat offers an exceptional experience for up to 4 guests. Please note that as this home is located in a 55+ community, at least one guest aged 55 or older must be present at the home at all times in accordance with community guidelines.

On the other side of the entryway, the dining area offers a table and chairs for up to 6 guests, flowing naturally into the well-equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, counter seating for 2, cooking essentials, and its own access to the covered back patio — keeping the indoor and outdoor spaces conveniently connected. A full washer and dryer is available for guest use throughout your stay.

Beardsley Bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a peaceful and comfortable sanctuary featuring a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a vanity and a standalone shower. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed — bright, inviting, and perfectly appointed for a restful stay. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the guest bedroom and common areas of the home conveniently.
