Welcome to Goodyear Springs! This beautiful home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and includes a large master suite. Entering the home, you'll have the office area to your left and the dining room to your right. The office has a wooden desk and chair and is nestled away from the main living areas. Perfect for those who work from home! The dining table seats up to 6 people for dinner. Straight ahead is the living room and kitchen. The living room has a modern-southwest theme which includes a brown leather sofa w/ 2 matching sitting chairs, a coffee table and 2 side tables w/ reading lamps.

The living room also has a 65" wall-mounted Smart TV sitting above the console stand.

Across from the living room is the kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar that seats up to 3 people. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all of the cookware and dinnerware you'd expect to enjoy a nice meal.

Walking into the master suite, you'll be delighted with it's spacious floor plan and beautiful, upholstered king-sized bed. The master suite includes two nightstands w/ lamps, a large dresser w/ mirror, a leather sitting chair, a walk-in closet and an attached master bathroom. The master suite has it's own private entrance to the pool area and back patio. The master bathroom includes a dual vanity, private commode, and large, luxurious, walk-in shower.

The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have queen-sized beds with two nightstands and 2 lamps each. They all include a 40" Smart TV for guests to stream their favorite shows and movies.

The backyard has beautiful palm trees and cacti plants. Guests will enjoy a sparkling pebble-tech pool with a waterfall. Lounge and soak in the warm Arizona sun on one of the two pool loungers. String lights are draped over the pool for an elegant touch to night swimming. The backyard has a dining table next to the pool that seats 4 guests. There are also two cushioned chairs on the backyard patio for guests to relax out of the sun.

** The pool cannot be heated, as it does not have a pool heater.

** Only 2 garage spaces are available. The single-car garage is off-limits for guests.

** Dog Friendly. 1 dog allowed w/ $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be of 1 year of age or older. Guests must submit a photo of the dog to Casago at the time of booking.

** Dogs must be well-behaved, fully potty trained, and cannot cause noise complaints. **

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."

~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.

~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.

~ No large gatherings

~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.

~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer

~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

• Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out before arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
