Response from the host
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you had a great stay and that the home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed your time overall and would consider staying again. We’re sorry about the issue with the trash key not being delivered as expected. We understand how inconvenient it must have been to have to handle disposal manually, and we’ll share this with our team to ensure better follow-through moving forward. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again in the future! Best regards, Casago Team
