The gourmet kitchen opens to stunning mountain views, while two fireplaces, a wet bar, and large entertainment areas create the perfect setting for gatherings.

The primary suite is a true retreat with its own fireplace, jetted tub, and private deck overlooking the desert. A circular driveway with fountain provides a grand entrance and ample parking for large groups. Outdoors, you'll enjoy a built-in BBQ island, gazebo, and fire pit for relaxing evenings.

Sleeping arrangements include a large primary retreat with a king bed and private balcony, along with additional bedrooms offering comfortable king or queen options. The loft and game room provide flexible space for families or groups traveling together.

Things to Know

Primary Renter: Must be at least 25 years old, provide proof of age, and be present during the stay unless otherwise approved.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures cannot be accommodated.

Pool & Spa Heating: Available for $150 per night plus tax. The pool and spa must be heated together, with the same fee applying to either or both. Heating may take up to

three days in winter, and temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pets: One approved dog, at least one year old and weighing 25 lbs or less, is welcome with a $150 pet fee. Please clean up after your pet. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage.

Smoking & Gatherings: No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or large gatherings. A $1,000 smoking violation fee may apply. Noise and smoke monitoring are in place.

Parking: Please use the garage or designated parking areas. Repeated overnight visitor parking is not permitted.

Starter Supplies: Basic toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials are provided. Please do not flush wipes.

Extended Stays: Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit and include a $275 utility allowance per 30 days ($9.17 daily). Guests are responsible for overages, which may be billed within 14 days of departure. Routine maintenance inspections occur approximately every 30 days.

Security & Verification: Exterior cameras monitor the entryway, driveway, and side of the home.
