In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Bedroom Layout: The three suites are separate from one another, and you’ll need to walk outside to get from one bedroom to another. Each suite has its own ensuite bathroom. This layout may be a consideration for families with young children, especially at night.

This home has an energy-efficient and limited-function heat pump for the pool. During the Winter months, the pool will not reach a comfortable temperature. When the ambient evening air temperature dips into the 50’s, the heat pump stops heating the pool. A pool cover is provided.
