The outdoor living space is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring a fire pit for cozy evenings and a built-in BBQ grill for effortless al fresco dining. With hiking trails beginning just beyond the backyard, adventure starts the moment you step outside.

Indoor Living

Inside, the home is bright, open, and filled with natural light streaming through oversized windows and soaring vaulted ceilings that enhance the sense of space and calm.

The inviting great room centers around a cozy fireplace—perfect for cool desert nights and relaxed evenings after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped, spacious kitchen is designed for both everyday comfort and extended stays, offering quality appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for cooking or entertaining. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated office/den make remote work seamless, blending productivity with serenity.

Sleeping Quarters

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and rest.

The primary suite features a king bed and private en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to a nearby full guest bathroom. With a total of 2.5 bathrooms, the layout provides convenience and flexibility for couples, friends, or small groups.

Important Note

This home is strictly pet-free due to severe owner allergies. No pets, service animals, or emotional support animals are permitted.

House Rules

- Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
