Nestled in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood directly facing Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Two private master suites open directly to the backyard oasis, where you’ll find a refreshing pool, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and retractable awnings—perfect for long desert afternoons and sunset evenings.

The primary suite features a luxurious King bed, 55” smart TV, cozy seating area, and abundant natural light, creating a peaceful private retreat for couples or solo relaxation.

In addition to the bedrooms, a bonus room provides extra space to unwind, stream movies, or catch up on work—flexible for whatever your stay requires.

At the heart of the home is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.

Located in one of West Sedona’s most desirable areas, you’ll be minutes from scenic hiking trails, top-rated restaurants, and a nearby trailhead that connects to local-hidden routes—no parking required.

House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
