From here, you’re ideally positioned to enjoy Sedona’s famous red rocks, vortex sites, scenic viewpoints, restaurants, galleries, and outdoor adventures.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, direct access to the deck, and a flat-screen TV.

Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, providing comfortable accommodations after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

THINGS TO KNOW

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Proof of age is required.

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

* Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. Utility caps apply.

* Guests must complete identity verification and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

* A starter supply of essential toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent is provided.

* For the comfort of guests and neighbors, smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted on the property.

* Noise and smoke monitoring systems are in place.

* Please keep gatherings appropriately sized and respectful of the neighborhood. Mailbox access is not available.

* Dogs are welcome with prior approval. One dog up to 25 lbs is permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

* Routine maintenance visits may occur for items such as filters, batteries, and smart lock service. Advance notice will be provided.
